Staybridge Suites Albany Wolf Rd-Colonie Center, an IHG Hotel

Price was good. Rooms were roomy and clean. Breakfast was outstanding with many choices beyond any traditional Continental breakfast offerings(eggs, fresh waffles, various juices, fresh fruit, yogurts, granola, teas, coffees, bacon, potatoes, bagels, English muffins etc). Ice machines available. I rented a 1 bdrm suite. It had a Full size refrigerator, 2 smart tv's, couch that folded out into a full sized bed. Bedroom was super roomy with a large King sized bed that was comfortable. Only 2 minor issues I encountered. The way the lights work in the room by inserting the room key card can be wonky at times. Most of the staff were great with the exception of the late shift that took several hrs to deliver 1 extra blanket to our room so the kids could go to sleep. The hotel is right next to the Colonie Center Mall and many restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel

Took more than 2 hrs to bring 1 extra blanket to our room. We even offered to come down and get it, but each time they continue to tell us 15 minutes that ended up being 2 hrs later.

Me and my husband had a staycation away from our 2 children. The beds were comfortable! The breakfast was amazing! ( try the waffles!) Location was amazing as well. We were within 10mins of anything and everything we wanted to do. We went and it had snowed, the staff cleaned off the cars, plowed, and shoveled/snowblowed out everyones car! The hot tub / pool was a nice aera, didn’t use it much since it was a lot of kids there that weekend. The main man at the front desk, Lorenzo was phenomenal! He recommended dinner for us when we asked, was extremely helpful with answering any question we had.

It was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed having the amount of space that we did. The location was extremely convenient. The breakfast hours were phenomenal and all the amenities were also very nice and helped to make the stay enjoyable.

I don't know if what I saw was accurate, but there was something that looked like a camera in my room. It was not the TV sensor, because we checked. This made us really nervous and uncomfortable. I hope it was something else but it looks like a camera and we don't see the point in having those in a room full of girls where they change and sleep. I am hoping that it is not what we thought it was and that this is a complete misunderstanding.

The breakfast is delicious. The room is excellent, and the additional services for the room were extraordinary. It feels almost as an apartment, with the advantages of a hotel

We arrived late, and the beds for the kids were not prepared. The person in charge, instead of asking for apologies, took a proud attitude trying to explain why the beds were not made and saying it is normal that we made it ourselves. A simple sorry would have solved it. We didn't mind making the bed, we despised the haughty attitude

Friendly staff, comfy room with all amenities, and the breakfast selection was amazing!

Nothing really...seemed short staffed. I had to wait an hour for a towel and went to ask again for one and there was one guy trying to do check-ins, deal with a guest who was having issues with their door, sell snacks, and deliver things to rooms. They like to bring everything to your room so I had to pretty much convince him I was fine with just getting one from him and bringing it to my own room. He handled it well though and there's not much you can do if you're short staffed...

I really appreciated how clean everything was, including our room. I also appreciated the many options they had for breakfast which was included in our stay. I also really enjoyed the outside seating area by the fire pit. I wish I had a chance to use the pool/hot tub, I will have to try it out next time.

Nothing, everything was great and my boyfriend and I had a great time.

Called for and was collected by their airport shuttle with friendly driver. Checked in - room was fantastic with lounge and kitchenette plus two bedrooms (one with two huge beds). And very lucky, it was a special “customer celebration” evening with complimentary evening meal provided and help yourself wine and beer. Helped make a great evening chatting with other guests in the lounge area. There was American guest who has used this hotel for year and was always very please with service.

We had an excellent experience and there is nothing that could have improved the overall stay.

The staff were very professional and courteous. Breakfast had a wide verity of options and the coffee was good. The room was very comfortable and the kitchenette was well stocked. The location was perfect as it was right across the lot from a huge shopping mall.

The only issues were that the shower was a bit dirty and the soap dispenser fell off the wall.

The front desk was friendly, room was spacious and so quiet. Me and my partner were impressed that it was so quiet despite being fully booked. Breakfast was a great addition and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor fire. The location was also great to get to area sights and Saratoga Springs.

The buffet on Wednesday evening was great, and the breakfast offerings each morning exceeded expectations. Neither of these items was out done by the professionalism, and friendliness of the staff, particularly at check-in! The outdoor seating at the fire pit was especially nice.

I can't think of a thing that would have made our stay any better (unless it was free!! ;>})
