The inn was beautiful. The owner was great. Very friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable. Our main point of travel was to go to a concert. Which the inn was very close to the venue, just a short walk through the park. I will stay here again, for sure!!
Honestly, it's really hard to find something not to like about this property. The only thing I would suggest is that a small tabletop size dehumidifier be placed in the bathroom.

The house itself is nice and extremely well located, right next to the state park and walking distance from downtown. The common areas are cute. The owner was very friendly.
The room itself was minuscule and furnished simply. Our bathroom had no separate shower space, just a curtain between the shower and toilet. The breakfast was basically store bought stuff with homemade oatmeal and hard boiled eggs. Seemed expensive for what it was, but the whole town is pricey.

Joe was very friendly. The breakfast selection is completed with all that is needed. The property is nice and clean. The toiletries were well thought. The only thing was the quad room -suite 7, was supposed to have a Queen bed and King Bed in each room, however, we felt the bed was smaller than the Queen size bed we had expected. Otherwise, everything was very nice and we had a good experience staying at the property. Will definitely be added to our future list of lodging in the area.
The bed seems smaller than expected in one of the rooms we stayed.

Although its called an inn, it felt more like a Bed & Breakfast. The owners are very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was standard continental, but coffee was excellent! Our room was clean but a little on the small side for a king size bed. Bed was comfortable and the buildings well maintained. Loved sitting on the front porch! Great location, right next to the park and nearby spas. Just a quick car ride to the racetrack and Main Street with lots of places to eat and shop. Lots of on-site parking available. Loved reading about the history of the buildings too. We will definitely be back!

The owner was great and I loved the homey feeling to the place. Loved the grounds and also that they played the music from our concert’s band at breakfast. Super comfortable beds.

Anne's Washington Inn is a beautiful place to stay, with a wonderful history. The Inn is conveniently located, right on Broadway in Saratoga Springs, not far from the NY Thruway, It is a very short distance by car to the downtown area, and the Saratoga racetrack. The owner Joe was a great host - warm and so hospitable. He grew up in Saratoga, and was a wealth of knowledge about the area. We were so fortunate that Joe upgraded our room, and it was very comfortable and charming. The continental breakfast offered fruit, mini-muffins, toast, cold and hot cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juices, tea and coffee. It was certainly sufficient if you weren't looking for a big meal. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Anne's Washington Inn.

The place is spotless. The owner Joe is very accommodating. He takes off anything you need. Nice place to stay in Saratoga. Breakfast included. I will be staying there again.
Next time I will book one of the larger rooms. Zero complaints from me or my wife.

I wish there was a way to leave an electronic tip for the housekeepers as we usually do not carry cash.

Lots of character. Charming vintage B&B on a lovely green knoll. Great caring staff. Small room but well appointed with a very comfortable bed. Good breakfast and location just south of central Saratoga Springs.
Our room was a bit cramped.
