Sea and Char TERRIBLE. 2-1/2 hrs to eat dinner. Extremely loud with a party of 12 next to us. Couldnt hear yourself think. Food was lukewarm, drinks took forever to get. Everything was blamed on by our waiter new menu that night. My suggestion is dont wait til the menu changes bring staff in to go over it. Mostly everything was loaded with SALT. From soup to entrees. For the high prices we should not have had the issues. Never again and we are local. Disgusting.

Not really even a complaint but while we were go e to dinner ,someone came in for towels and the note left said here is a little treat for you from us. Sadly, there wasn't any. And I could have sworn the front desk said there would be cookies in the room but there wasn't. It's fine though, not even complaining , just something goe the future.

The room was fantastic... Comfortable, well appointed with modern amenities, quiet and spacious. Pizza was great. Concierge/Porter staff were friendly and willing to go the extra mile.

Very minor items needed to be addressed in room (light bulb was out, iron leaked). The mini fridge did not keep items cool... We were told this was energy saving feature intended to keep items at 67+/- degrees (essentially room temperature). Food staff could be more knowledgeable about beer selections or have beer list on hand.

This is a well-maintained classic small hotel. The location, in the heart of Saratoga's main commercial district, and near a large public park, is excellent. Breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was an attractive but basically standard hotel room. A special feature that we really liked was a complementary shuttle van service to and from the State Park, which is several miles outside of town.

Service in the restaurant was very slow; they apparently were short-handed. Otherwise there were no negatives; we enjoyed staying there.

We both loved how quiet and relaxing it was. Being right down town we could walk just about anywhere for food or just have it brought to the room by using their QR code menu. We had a lovely time and hope to visit again.

Unfortunately we did not call and ask about the room beforehand and made a reservation online. It does not specify online that not all rooms come with a bathtub. From the description it made it seem that the room would have one. This isn't such a big deal but it was something I was looking forward to, next time I will make sure to call and make a reservation and ask.

Perfect location in the middle of everything,gorgeous property and beautiful rooms with luxury bedding&a very comfortable bed. The bathroom is huge with a lovely big bathtub and very spacious shower,beautiful tile work and attention to detail. The hotel bar is really lively with very good cocktails.Very dog friendly…

We had a great stay in Saratoga Springs. Our breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant, the Morrissey were very good and the service was excellent. The hotel location is convenient to shopping and better restaurants. The dining options were outstanding and the ambiance and weather was perfect for a great holiday weekend.

everything was great , beautiful and updated.

one thing that stood out to me was when I and my three guest arrived after dinner around 9:45pm back to the hotel we were turned away from the bar while there were others still sitting and drinking . we were told to try another bar down the road !!

Beautiful Suite with every amenity , comfortable yet elegant. Attentive , welcoming staff especially George who took care of us on arrival and departure . He made us feel welcome and was so helpful during our stay! We brought our son and his wife with us to celebrate anniversary and the hotel sent them Prosecco.. very thoughtful . The hotel is beautiful...we can’t wait to return for another visit!

Comfort is its name. Every possible detail on the equipment for the best comfort you can find, it is in this hotel. From heated floors, towels, to toilets. Fancy dimmers for various lights next to your bed. A table rack in the bathtub. Best comfortable bed I have ever slept. Quiet rooms.

That I could not stay longer.
