Embassy Suites Saratoga Springs

Very centrally located to most of Saratoga’s attractions. Very clean. Staff very accommodating and pleasant.

We were surprised that there was no courtesy van around town and to the racetrack. We traveled up via Amtrak, and while we don’t mind walking, some places are just not easily accessible, like the casino. It is something that most other hotels have for their guests and truthfully might cause us to look elsewhere next time we book. Also the hotel seems to book many business events and it was always difficult to find a seat for breakfast until those events began.

Location, staff and comfort of beds and pillows. Staff in the dining room do a great job. We ate breakfast each day and had dinner one night, food is good! Chefs are friendly. Hotel was quiet which is really important when sleeping. appreciate having the kitchen and living room space, makes the stay so comfortable. Every staff member was friendly.

The hallways need vacuuming and night tables in the room need dusting at the bases. The bathroom door in 529 doesn’t close unless you slam it. which the rooms had fans to circulate the air, its was hot when sleeping. Wish the tvs allowed streaming and offered more channels. Updated technology would be good.

Rooms are so spacious, clean, and quiet. It's just a couple of blocks from Broadway (the main strip) so it's an easy walk to all kinds of shopping and Congress Park. Love the breakfast buffet!

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and the parking was a problem. Not a single space available in front, so we went around back to the overflow lot. There were no spaces there, either, but we caught someone about to pull out and we waited for their spot. I was afraid to drive anywhere lest we find no spots at all upon our return, so we walked everywhere. Also, the scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet tasted like they were made from powdered eggs. At least it sure seemed that way to me.

The room was huge and very comfortable. Fridge was very useful. Access into the hotel with luggage was very easy and parking was close by. Luggage carts were plentiful. We enjoyed the happy hour drink and snack. Breakfast was very good and staff kept the table cleared regularly. CVS across the parking lot and terrific liquor store next door! All in all an excellent choice for a one-night stopover.

It's a little further from the town centre than where we stayed on a previous visit, but less important given all the positives.

Front desk staff was efficient and kind. Breakfast omelettes made to order was a nice feature and the Breakfast chef was very polite and attentive ,despite how busy he was. We were given some vouchers for free drinks upon arrival. We had show tickets so we were unable to use, but a nice feature. Hotel is well designed and has lots of cool art sculptures and a variety of areas with seating.

The set up of the breakfast area was confusing. Entrance was not clearly marked and self seating was unclear. The breakfast patrons were all a bit confused and wondering around. The breakfast attendants were not overly friendly or helpful. We could not find the thermostat anywhere in the room. Air conditioning was on. Television was slightly less easy to navigate than ones at other hotels.. Parking was tough. Crowded. Well designed hotel, but Maybe better signage needed.

Breakfast was excellent. Homemade donuts were beyond delicious

Corporate could be better. We received an email saying we could have early check in for a fee of $25. We agreed. Then received an email saying we could ask if it was possible when we arrived. No guarantee. Why would we arrive early if we couldn’t check in? Called and staff was not aware of $25 for early check in. They were great and put us on a list. Called at noon and said room was ready

Great location, exceptionally great breakfast (best one we had on our trip!), easy to park at, Lovely reception area, welcome drink and snacks were an added bonus thank you! Room was a great size for us all.

The sofa bed in our room needs mattress replacing. We already mentioned to the reception team. This is the only thing that they should check all sofa bed mattresses to make sure they are ok. This one had springs coming through. It would be easy to change this I am sure.

The extra seating area in the suite was great to be able to relax in, front desk staff allowed for early check in, which was great after a long drive. The made to order breakfast every morning was unexpected and also appreciated The location was central and within walking distance to main attractions

I wish I knew it was in a strip mall like location, shared parking lot with 24hr CVS, so garbage truck came really early Monday morning, right under my room.

it was beautifully designed with a sleek horse themed motif. it was open and airy. lots of tranquil spots, an exquisite yet refined chimney/ fireplace when you arrive. A bubbling sculpture type artwork on the wall to your right that you can hear tricking throughout the lobby. The room we had was amazing. spacious, clean, a small kitchen( microwave/sink) and work area ( desk) and window of the beautiful city. Hotel is soundproof. Beds are sumptuous and we're hard to drag our bodies out of. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and the omelette chef was talented and so cheery. 😁 We also went to dinner at the hotel. Bartender friendly, burgers and bun yummy and half/ sour pickles! A stones throw from the fun and busy boutiques downtown. Thankfully, there was a 24 hour pharmacy across the parking lot that saved us when my 93 year old mom forgot her pills. Happy Nail salon also across the lot was heaven for manis and pedis!! Oh, we noted they even take small dogs. There is a park very close by, so that will work well. I can't recommend the staff, especially Kyle at the front desk, highly enough. He is kind and talented. An asset to the company.

i adored the place. The teeny tiny concern I had was the water temp at the pool and the thermostat in our beautiful room.

Staff was excellent. The stay was only one night, but it was quiet, clean and I'd stay there again. The Manager texted me after I arrived to check if I needed anything, a very nice personal touch.

No USB ports to charge my phone, unusual these days, and the touch thermostat was very difficult to operate. It also would have been nice to have brighter lights in the bathroom, and a vanity mirror for shaving.
