The breakfast was fine. I would look for more protein items like boiled eggs or more protein item’s but it was fine. On the weekend they served scrambled eggs and sausage which were good but not during the week unless they were out.
For us everything was fine. We had relatives that stayed and they said they didn’t have clean linens so they had to change them. I guess hair was on there pillows and refrigerator in there room. We did not have that experience. Our stay was fine

It was good! Breakfast was good but quite busy. Your staff did amazing work refilling breakfast as people were filing in. There was also a mix up in our booking and your staff handled it very well, they were able to accommodate us anyhow despite the booking website not forwarding the proper information. It was a huge relief. The man working your front desk deserves a raise, 10/10 the best customer service I have ever experienced in another country.

Overall experience was very good and it was clean and had not any kind of a smell! We were worried it might smell like smoke or something but it did not it was very acceptable for the price.
We noticed when you get into bed if your feet bumped against the side of the bed it made a loud sound wasn't too bad but just a little annoying. Other than that no complaints.. we were very satisfied!

Rooms are newly renovated with a pleasant modern interior. Very comfortable bed and furnishings. Very clean. I also requested a quiet room which the owner very willingly accommodated with a room at the end of the corridor.
Continental breakfast offerings was on the meager side - some cold cereal, oatmeal, waffle maker, plain toast with jam, coffee, black tea.

The host at check-in and check-out was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Made sure I had everything I needed and even offered to help carry my bags upstairs. Breakfast area/lounge is very large and comfortable.
Facility could use an elevator (even though its only two floors).

Wish the 2 story location could install an elevator for the handicapped and those with aches and pains. A minor complaint, the base around the beds are framed in thin metal. We kept accidentally banging our feet into the metal and it was loud and may disturb other guests in their rooms.

TV did not work, towels were stained and bath mat was, too.
