Delta Hotels by Marriott Utica

the bed was so comfortable. It was a king. The room was huge very roomy. It also had a great view of the city. There was a restaurant and we just wanted tea. The waitress didn't charge. breakfast was buffet only so the waitress only charged us for one. She didn't have any other help.

The area around in Utica is so depressing. Building vacant and run down. We did find a restaurant recommended by the woman at dunkin donuts.

My wife and I had a very positive experience & will stay there again when in Utica. The Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area attractions. The room was far nicer then expected and very clean. Bed was comfortable and the room had some nice features, mini fridge, ironing board ect. would have been nice to have a microwave though as the little store in the lobby had many options for late night food lol. Restaurant was closed the evening we checked in and we were told it was because the bar tender did not come in ( no big deal) It was open for breakfast and staff was very pleasant, food was really good and was out quickly. a little expensive however. Overall 5 stars all the way.

the $50 charge which I'm assuming is an incidental hold, that's still pending on my credit card, a week after my departure.

Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Very close to the (somewhat underwhelming) town centre. Excellent staff. Free car parking. Good on site reataurant. Excellent breakfast (USD17 extra).

Nothing to dislike particularly but felt a little sterile.

Great hot water and shower, very comfortable bed and pillows, covid cleaned rooms , esthetic looking hotel in general ,free covered parking, employees were respectful and helpful

Just some small maintenance items like cabinet door loose and tilted, toilet seat loose and sliding, metal shelf in shower loose , no hair dryer, room entry door sometimes stuck so a shoulder to push open was required

The staff was very friendly. The room was large enough. There were plenty of outlets.

I wish the staff would have let me know there was a construction project going on outside my room.

I liked the contemporary design and openness of the space throughout the building--room, cafe, et al.

The latch of my room (614) was loose and in need of attention. It functioned but it was noisy and felt unattended to. The toilet was very loud.

The beds were comfortable and it was well kept up very clean breakfast and bar area

this is a little picky, but I like a microwave in my room but you did have one down in the hydration station on the floor

Hotel was not busy, but was exceptionally clean, pool area and common rest rooms specifically. Parking garage was under construction as was one of the elevators, friendly staff

It was all as expected. We came with 7 children in tow, staff was great

Just like the first time I stayed here 5yrs ago it was spotless, the staff were all pleasant and kind. I Had a great time at the Saranac Brewery to see Blackberry Smoke perform. The hotel is just a 1/2 mile from the venue.

I’m not very needy so all was good.
