Days Inn by Wyndham Utica

The staff was great and informative of the area.. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Nice hot shower. Good location close to all types of restaurants and more.

The breakfast was not much. A few granola bar, couple of wrap chocolate something and a few apples. Nothing hot like even waffles, eggs, toasted bagels for the price of the room. Coffee good. That's only 1 thing but breakfast restaurants near by.

This Days Inn has 2 levels with rooms accessible via several doors along the first level wings. The basics are done right here. The room I booked was quiet and very clean. It had comfortable beds, a closet armoire, coffee maker, and programmable heat/ac unit with fan option. You can’t ask for more at this price point and usually at this price you don’t get this much. The location is safe and close to Route 90.

A real breakfast would be awesome and there’s a pandemic! The staff thoughtfully provides a bagged option!

Had problem with the outside doors, my room key didn't unlock the doors most of the time. There wasn't much food for breakfast, just donutnuts and apples.

This hotel is very accessible form the Erie Canal Bike Trail which were riding. It is a standard Days Inn towards the cleaner more well maintained end. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast is a waste of time.

Little to eat at continental breakfast- must have been on another continent!🙃..only a snack bar n an apple that I could enjoy. Also, you had no coffee pods in room. Had to pick up, which I didn't know till too late, at front desk.

I have stayed in several Days Inn across NY and would rate the Utica Days Inn #1.

I was surprised there was no refrigerator in the room.

I like the hospitability and the room setup. I also like how close it is to the gas station and restaurants the hotel is.

The stay was great, came up to Utica to celebrate my daughter's graduation. The price value for the area is excellent compare to the others hotels on the area.

Very clean room. Friendly staff. Nice touch - pack with bottled water and granola to take on the road.

Sound insulation is poor, so you hear everything happening in adjoining rooms. If you get inconsiderate loud neighbors, you are gonna hear much more that you ever wished for :)

Wish it would have been a little less expensive. The once breakfast servings at motels this year has been cut back a lot because of the virus fears but the room rates have stayed about the same as before. So we went to Willies bagels. Good bagel sandwiches.
