It is a self-check-in process, which was seamless. Our shower water did not get hot, so we texted the manager and he was very responsive. He always responded to our messages immediately, he sent someone over to look at the shower immediately, and upgraded us to another room for the night. Unfortunately, that shower was also not too hot, but we appreciated the quick service.

For the price, we felt like we did not get as much value. It is a motel that has been updated, but it does not have any bells or whistles (or a hair dyer). For the cost, we would've expected a little more. Given that it's self-check-in, you do not interact with anyone, so it's a bit impersonal as it is. The rooms are updated, but sparse. It merely felt like a place to sleep and shower, without much else. So we felt it did not necessarily warrant the price tag. However, we did appreciate the very fast customer service given someone is not on-site - they seem to have a good crew of people ready to run over if anything goes awry.

The location was pretty good - I stayed for Ironman Lake Placid. The local scenery was excellent.

The (temporary) automated check-in was a bit problematic but this was rectified quickly by the owner. There needs to be on site staff to be able to handle things that come up.

Suites were a great size with a separate lounging room including a sink microwave and fridge. Beds were comfortable and the outside common areas had lots of fun games and lounge areas

Location and accommodations were perfect. The beds and room size was perfect.

The exterior could have been a cleaner. Pollen was covering the exterior patio and the outside areas.

Beautifully decorated, spacious suite with enough room for our family to be comfortable! We enjoyed our stay.

We would have liked a front desk to get items if needed.

Beautiful room. We stayed for 2 nights and were very happy there. Comfortable beds and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Would absolutely stay again.

Nicely remodeled rooms. Fantastic location. It was nice to have a suite with a couch and kitchen area. We really enjoyed the shower and fluffy towels.

The hotel was nice and clean and really cute, great place to stop for a night on our way through.

The beds were pretty hard and on the small side.
