There was nothing I didn't like, even though I smoke, I didn't mind having to go outside. I was so comfortable in my suite, I booked another night! Definitely would book again!

The room was booked by my son as a Mother's Day gift. My stay was amazing. The staff accommodated all my needs. The breakfast was also great, I loved all the food options. The room was very spacious, the bed was so comfortable. It was some of the best sleep I had. I thank you for a most memorable and needed experience.

My two small complaints would be the view from my room window — all I saw was the rooftop of an adjacent building AC system and the soap dispenser in the shower kept falling off the wall. I noticed it was an adhesive bond that was worn out. In the end, I was not there for the view, it would have been nice to see something else and I brought my own soap and placed the hotels to the side — so everything worked out for the best.

I got Married here I booked a suite it was super nice. Separate bedroom living room area kitchen was a bonus. The view was not the best but did meet my expectations. The bed was so comfortable and pretty spacious. Overall it was a good experience staff was very friendly and helpful. Zero problem with checking in and the hotel was respectful of all COVID guidelines. There however was the fire alarm that went off at 4 am...it was crappy and cold out so happy it was a false alarm and I didn't have to stand in the rain on my wedding night. Check out was as 12 which helped with catching up on some much needed rest. I would recommend staying here. I plan on coming back on my 1 year anniversary.

The Fire Alarm at 4 in the morning...

The one bedroom apartment was huge and beautiful. Services were great. Happy Hour at the bar was really good. Although neighborhood was kinda sketchy, but it was only 12 minutes to Albert Einstein hospital and medical school where I was visiting. Staff were helpful. The cleaning ladies were great. Kitchen was equipped with all we needed. Great for long stay.

I wish it had a restaurant or room service in the premises. The surrounding neighborhood is less than desired.

Love the off street location. It feels like a private road away from the rest of the Bronx. The hotel is gorgeous from the lobby to the room!! Completely exceeded my expectations. The FULL kitchen and living room area make it feel like our own little studio apartment. And the extra security was a plus. Will definitely be coming back.

The only downside was a false fire alarm going off at 3am our last night there. We had a long and exhausting weekend with another long day ahead of us so the loud sound & bright lights weren’t fun.

It was super close to the Bronx Zoo we drove so it was a 10 minute drive. The staff went above and beyond bringing our kids a goodie bag for their trip to the Zoo. It was the first hotel we stayed at that we didn’t get a noise complaint from the room below us lol. My kids like to jump and dance and my 4 y/o has some hammer feet. Lastly the view from our room was amazing at night.

The only things I didn’t like about the stay was the hair on the shower wall, the pull out mattress was awful, and under the cushion that doesn’t come out could use a good vacuum. But the positives out weighed the negatives and we will be back for Bronx Zoo round 2.

Breakfast was fine. Mostly ‘grab and go’ but eating outside was delightful. The waffle lady was very attentive and sweet. Good selection to pick from. The shower was sensational. Our plans changed and the staff was very accommodating.

The elevator showed evidence of some accident and broken glass of a bottle having been broken.

Everything was just perfect. I felt very much accommodated. My husband got sick any staff was very thoughtful, very thoughtful and accommodating.

I liked and enjoyed everything just wished a spa was downstairs.

Gift bag at check in. Call to make sure room was comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean
