Hampton Inn and Suites Asheville Airport

Great airport hotel. It looks brand new. The decor is gorgeous, and the staff is very professional. The rooms were luxurious and clean. The lobby and breakfast was well set up and very inviting.

It was a little more expensive than surrounding hotels.

The breakfast was good. They had a variety of options. The staff was helpful. I left an item in my room. After I got home they located it and said they would send it out today.

I asked for a feather-free room. They said it had been taken care of by housekeeping. I saw housekeeping in the hallway and asked them if it had been done already and they said yes. It had not. I had to leave the pillows in the hallway.

I liked that the hotel was clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable and there was no strings g perfumery smell from air fresheners. My daughter and I had a great stay with no problems at all. I will definitely recommend. Thank you Rose

It felt safe. And I loved the fireplace in the lobby. And I loved the brand of soaps and shampoos left in the bathroom I have lots of skin allergies and often have to bring my own hand soap even, becauseseveralhotels use off brand or generic. . But they had Neutrogena brands. So that was very nice.

I appreciate the use of gloves while serving yourself breakfast. But they need to add a Latex free option for those of us that are allergic. I felt like a child because my friend had to get my food for me because I couldn't wear the gloves due to allergies. Oh and the room was clean for the most part expect for the bathroom mirror, which because obvious after my shower by the previous visitors message still left on the mirror from the steam.

Good accommodations and breakfast.

We stayed 5 nights. The policy of only servicing the room every fourth day was inconvenient and seems self-serving. It has been our experience that microwaves are standard in rooms. Surprised our room didn't have one.

I needed to change my reservation last minute (push it out a day); they were extremely accommodating after I mentioned I’d already booked at their hotel for the following night.

Nothing. Was a really nice place.

My expectation was too high !

I like white wine, but, there was no enough stock.

The entrance was inviting and had a relaxing place to sit. I like that the doors locked at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and rooms furnished.

The common areas flawless. Rooms clean. People great! Thx for the comfort cause it is always a concern when traveling.

Staff very helpful. Close to airport. They offered to allow me to park my car at the hotel during my trip and pick me up at the airport when I return. No charge!!!
