Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Asheville Airport/Fletcher

Room was very clean and comfortable. We checked in quite late Friday night, the lady at the desk that checked us in was very pleasant and friendly. After taking our belongings to the room we came down to the lobby, I asked the lady if it was possible to get a coffee mug to use in the room, she said there were not any available but they had plastic or cardboard cups. I told her that I didn't want to use either in the microwave, she went to her locker and brought me her own coffee mug and said I could use it for our stay. I was very gratefull but unfortunately did not get her name, I would like to thank her again for her generosity her act of kindness was certainly appreciated.

The shower head was not good, it sprayed in multiple directions so while rincing soap off was constanly being sprayed in the face. This was not a deal breaker.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. My husband enjoyed the breakfast and loved having coffee available at all times.

The only thing I didn't like was the design of the bathroom door. It was a large door on a track that slid across, kind of like a barn door. It left a good sized space between the door and wall when covering the bathroom opening, so it did not feel private when in the bathroom, and there was no way to lock it. Not a big issue for me since I was with my husband, but if you're with a friend, sibling, or have kids with you, it is probably not the ideal door for bathroom privacy.

The hotel is very modern and nicely updated. My room was large, comfortable, and clean. Staff allowed me to check in early, and were overall very polite. Breakfast was better than average for a hotel breakfast.

I didn't love the location. It is very close to the airport if that is what you need, but it is near a big highway interchange and a busy main road. There is nothing walkable, and definitely no view. They were clearly short staffed, and I did have to wait a few minutes for someone to be available at the front desk to help me check out.

It was enclosed and secure. The staff was amazing and the facilities were excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. Use of the washer / dryer were excellent feature for longer stays as we had. Even the housekeeping was amazing. No questions asked. They were able to provide everything we needed.

The only downfall is the entrance. It is just an awkward angle and rough coming in. Be very careful coming in and out.

It was very clean from the lobby to the nice large dining room to our room and bathroom. We were 2 minutes from the airport and it was a generally a convenient location with easy in and out. Better than the usual these days, there were plenty of breakfast choices and they kept it stocked. Every staff member was kind and helpful. By the way, our room had a very nice view of the mountains.

No complaints.

Big room, Welcoming staff, comfortable bed, big TV, microwave and fridge and very good housekeeping staff keeping the room spot less clean!

Feel a bit older than I expected from the photos, room is a bit gloomy(brighter furniture/rug can be nice).

The breakfast was awesome compared to other hotels. We really appreciated the bacon every morning. The location was a bit weird being right next to a house.

The hotels were very warm and you couldn’t feel any air while your inside. The hallways had marks down every wall.

everything was great except the pool water was too cold. we really enjoyed the lobby & eating area. we had 8 people all together. we ordered in food and used that area for eating & watching college football after long days at the arenacross track.

the pool water was too cold. the kids could not enjoy it as much as they wanted.

Clean, brand new, comfortable, safe location, very excellent value.

Honestly I can’t think of anything other than there were no outlets on one side of the bed so I couldn’t charge my phone next to be at night. That’s it.

Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Breakfast was very good, I especially liked the bagel sandwiches.

No hot water initially. Drain plug for tub was inverted and not attached. Had to request a second wash cloth as we were only provided one in a room with two guests. Body wash was empty
