Quality Inn at the Park

it’s right across the highway from Carowinds, near restaurants and gas stations. it was affordable, and the breakfast was fantastic. There were fresh scrambled eggs and sausage and a waffle maker, plus fruit and yogurt and cereal for picky eaters.

it smelled a little musty/skunky on the second floor — even though it’s a non smoking hotel, many people have ignored that rule over the years and the scent has just worked its way into almost everything.

The location was perfect. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was absolutely great! The free breakfast was delicious. The main guy from the front desk (Matt?) responded immediately and fixed the AC the first time it wasn't working.

I was surprised to have a second floor room without an elevator. (I know I am spoiled.) Our AC was not working most of our time there, but the temps were mild so we were okay.

The staff is always friendly, customer focused and they really are attentive to your needs.

I really don't have anything negative to report, if I did it would e with this booking site. I have a love hate relationship with. I book all my hotels through booking but can't get anything handled when I need to.

Location was great right across from Carowinds. Breakfast I thought was supposed to be hot was muffins, cereal and fruit. Juice machine was down. Toast if you call that hot. Was very clean and staff where great. I am a smoker and they would open the pool area for me to sit down and smoke at night and in the morning.

The maid service should not bang on doors in the morning. They should wait until people check out before cleaning. We where waking early because of the knocking on the doors.

Room + breakfast, location for the price - nice.

Hallway needs vacuuming, it’s not nice walking to your room on a dirty carpet. Three (!!!) lightbulbs didn’t work in the room; I informed staff, they promised to put new ones, but never did!

Reception was very warm and welcoming. Could not have been more helpful. Room clean and comfortable with everything one would need. Breakfast a real bonus.

If I could have stayed longer. Fort Mill is a lovely little town.

Hadn't stayed here in years, and was very impressed with the remodeled lobby and rooms. Best value for the unbelievable price at this upper scale hotel. Not the Ritz but excellent value for a nice room while passing through.

Location was pretty good

The property did not have an elevator was bad on my back and knees. However one of the guys was great he helped me take my stuff up the stairs

good breakfast, staff really friendly and helpful.

The property was clean, well maintained, and Michael at the front desk was extremely helpful, as well as the manager. We would definitely stay there again.

Checking in late night, the night auditor was not friendly and would not provide a receipt, but Michael and the manager during the day were extremely helpful and made up for it!
