Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Hendersonville Flat Rock

Honestly, all of it! The hours for breakfast (and the pool) were perfect for me and the family to have an AWESOME morning before the drive home. Everything was clean and everyone was nice. I'll be looking for Fairfield Inns everywhere I go.

Even though I loved everything, I think if I had to say that something was unsatisfactory at all, it would be that there were some issues with scanning our key at the pool and a couple of items weren't found in the system from the "corner pantry". However, the customer service, despite the "issues", was immaculate!

Generous breakfast, the room and hotel was very clean, there was ample parking and it was a great location to amenities in Hendersonville. There is a little indoor pool with towels provided and there is also a gym with a couple of treadmills and a couple of elliptical machines. In addition there were two weight benches with free weights. Friendly staff. I would stay in this hotel again.

The inconsistency of the room temperature made it uncomfortable at times. It's probably the technology that most hotels use.

The front desk person (Angie) was as good as anyone could ever expect. The facility is modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good with variety, but the coffee was as tasteless as I ever had. Would recommend a coffee with some flavor, such as Dunkin' Donuts, McCafe, Peets, Paul Newman's...anything other than what you have.

As I mentioned in pervious commend the coffee was totally tasteless. No left exit to get back to the interstate; had to turn right and then make a U-turn.

The staff was nice and friendly it was clean breakfast was amazing I enjoyed my stay while I could but being a local they don't take locals I understand that

The simple fact they don't rent to locals that would be my only problem is they don't rent the locals

The rooms were very roomy, and the cleaning staff did a great job.

The breakfast included was good, but it would be nice to have breakfast potatoes or busicuts & gravy to go along with it.

The hotel was extremely clean, including carpet, which is my number one requirement! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Our room was perfect for a larger family of 5, which we have a hard time finding. Pool is TINY, but kids enjoyed that option. Breakfast is only grab and go right now due to COVID, but they offered the best they could with that situation, and coffee was good. Definitely putting Fairfields at the top of my list after this stay!

A little bigger pool

The staff was wonderfully kind and accommodating to our needs! We had a small family & friends wedding in the area & several were staying here. Two specific things occurred showing how wonderful this property & staff treats its guests! 1- An elderly grandmother of the groom who had a room reservation, did not feel well enough to travel. I spoke with Chad explaining the situation, knowing full well we must pay for the room. He was very understanding & told me if he could book the room we would NOT be charged! He did indeed book it & removed the charge from my account!! 😁 Wow! How nice was that! 2- The reception was planned to be held at a cabin rented by the couple for their honeymoon. However, the cabin was not equipped as the pictures showed & there was not ample parking space for multiple cars. The bride & groom talked with the staff & they were more than happy to allow us to use the lobby eating area! Hannah said would ‘love’ to see some happiness & joy in today’s world! We were allowed to setup a couple hours before the wedding & use the kitchen facilities- refrigerator, sink, etc. It worked out WONDERFULLY for our small family/close friends reception! DEFINITELY will stay here again if in the area!🙂

Very modern hotel. Good selection of breakfast items but stay away from bacon and eggs

Breakfast scrambled eggs were dry and resembled rubber. Bacon was too thin and tasted bad

I loveddddddd my stay! The renovations are amazing! The staff was amazing, the gym facilities were clean and up to date, and the room was spacious, comfortable and so clean! I also appreciated the various signs and upmost care with COVID-19. They put Fairfield at the top of my hotels - and I’m more of Aloft or Moxy girl myself. Oh also, the to go breakfast is great! From what I have seen at other hotels, Fairfield had various options - of course pre-packaged - but you can make it work, especially with great restaurants like Fireside for breakfast less than 10 minutes away.

Loved the fire place outside and the breakfast was really good

Hates the pool was cooled even said online is that it was heated? Chose this hotel to go swimming and wasn't able to swim. Really disappointed about it.
