Mountain Inn & Suites Airport - Hendersonville

Great staff, great location, great room, WE LOVED EVERYTHING!!!!

1. the people and the service were EXCELLENT 2. location was convenient, it was close enough to all the places we wanted to visit 3. the room was clean, quiet, great beds.

Room size was great and it was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was very convenient to all locations of travel during my son’s wedding weekend. I was pleased that the hotel provided a handicapped room for my dad.

However, the walk to our room was extremely hard on my dad. We had to walk all the way to the end of the hallway. I would also stress the importance of having a shower chair for handicapped rooms. My father was unable to stand long enough for his shower. There’s also a need for high handrails in the shower.

The breakfast was perfect to have before heading out for the day. And having muffins and fresh fruit ( bananas or apples) that you could grab and have for a quick snack while traveling. Waffles, juice, coffee and milk available as well. Among assorted breads to be toasted and butter, jelly, peanut butter. Cold cereals available. And I am sure there were many other items that I can not remember off the top of my head. The staff from check in to check out and everyone between were very nice, friendly , attentive and helpful. Have stayed there 2 years now and plan to stay again next year if I am able to get back to the area. Have before and will continue to recommend to family and friends.

I honestly can not think of anything I didn’t like.

Quiet, clean and comfortable, the hotel exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay again.

A couple extra pillows would be nice.

Our stay here was just wonderful and we will come back! My friend & I do a girls weekend away a couple times a year and we were so pleased with our choice to stay this time, it was clean and staff was very friendly! The breakfast was ok, it could have been better, but to be included in the room price is was wonderful, Muffins, bagels, you could make your own waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt and coffee & juices, We only took a coffee & a muffin to room, But we will come back here again for sure, There was construction on 26, but from our room, we used GPS that did not put us back on interstate, It was a very much enjoyable weekend!

Breakfast could have had a lil more options, for non carb eaters [diabetics], lol but it worked!

Room and bathroom was very clean and spacious and the hotel was nice. The bed was comfortable I was able to adjust the room temperature to my liking. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and included Belgium waffles you make yourself and other good options (no eggs or bacon though - don't expect that). The facility felt very safe and neighbors were quiet. We arrived after 11pm when the front door normally closes for the night (I didn't know that) but the front desk person knew I was coming since I had previously went to the wrong Mountain Inn & Suites hotel (I didn't know there was more than one in Hendersonville) so we were able to get in and check in.

The other Mountain Inn & Suites hotel in Hendersonville has an indoor pool but this one doesn't. Also I wish that breakfast hours went later than 9:30 on Saturday. The shower curtain in the bathroom wouldn't stay all the way closed - it was like the bar it was hanging on was installed upside down so that the curtain tended to want to bunch towards the middle of the rod and I kept having to move it to the sides during my shower. Also this wasn't really an issue for me but there's no fast food options within walking distance of this hotel.

Lobby was warm but no problems in the room

Chose this hotel for the location (near family.) Very clean and friendly staff. My stay was very short-about 8 hours. My room was very clean, the bed comfortable. Left too early to sample the breakfast buffet so I can't comment on that. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

I have only two suggestions: -More electrical outlets. Phones, computers, CPAP machines all take multiple outlets and there were two of us. -This room had quite possibly the worst alarm clock ever. I never did figure out how to set an alarm. It DID have two USB ports which made charging my phone possible.

Everything. Very welcoming,extremely clean. Room was huge!! Loved it.

The hair dryer didn't work and the shower rod wS loose.
