Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Charlotte Airport-Belmont, an IHG Hotel

Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Best I have experienced at a hotel. Location was excellent for my needs.

First room when getting ready to retire for the night had a constant knocking coming from over the vent and ceiling in bathroom. Front desk employee came to room and could not determine what was causing it. Moved me to another room on the third floor. Although it says no smoking facility someone in that room before me had been smoking. The smell was still in the room. At this point I was too tired to move again, so I went ahead and stayed for the night. Other than this incident everything else about the facility was excellent.

The breakfast was excellent! The housekeeping staff was very accommodating to our needs. Pool hours were a little restrictive. We were never disturbed by noises from other patrons which is very unusual with hotels in general.

Extend pool hours to help families with children. They get up earlier and become restless.

an odd smell in the hallway at arrival, had some issues with parts of the room not being clean example: strands of hair in the bathtub at arrival, near the bed was an eyelash and a used bottle/rapper under/around bed area and for the price I was slightly disappointed that they didn’t take more time to clean the room.

Everything was amazing. The pool was nice. The breakfast was good. The workers were very nice and friendly. It was close to the whitewater center which was the main reason we went. Still close to everything else as well, prob about 15 min drive. We loved the room. Everything overall was an easy process. Definitely recommend.

Really nice breakfast supplied every day- the bacon is particularly good. Easy parking, easy access in and out. Super friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable as well as being clean and tidy. The bathroom amenities are nice, with ample towels and more available on request. Wifi and a comfortable place to work was very important as we were on a different timezone and with two of us working one worked in the room and the other downstairs in the open plan business area which was easy with ample plugs and great wifi.

The only issue we had was with the wifi, but I need to point out that this was with a Linux machine - which none of the hotels in the USA seemed able to accommodate. My MAC and Windows machines worked well with the wifi.

Excellent location near Belmont Abbey College, just four minutes away. Comfortable rooms will all necessary amenities and a great pool. Breakfast was above average while the staff was incredible.

After a long day of traveling call mom the last thing I want is to spend an eternity waiting to check into my hotel room. That I s usually the experience I have when on the road. Most places are short staffed and have long lines at the desk. Not here. Everyone I interacted with was amazing. But the real highlight for me was Andrew. Andrew made my check in process flawless and easy. He was polite,conversational and was able to get me checked into my room very quickly. I was very grateful for his support.

easy access to freeway, Good room, Excelent conditions, clean, good beds, good breakfast.

Everything was good, really nice staff on front desk, nice people, only was we take a room for 6 and only three towels in our bad, and the sofa bed we don't have any sheets, and blankets, we require and was fast.

The staff were so friendly and hard working. Very accomadating. The room was very clean, including the bathroom facility. Very Nice and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent-everything you could possibly want to eat. Very nice and we will stay at this hotel if we should have to return. The location was very convenient to Charlotte and I 85. Thank you for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Very clean hotel. Room was spotless. Great location and hotel was easy to find. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good. Egg cheese omelette, sausage (both turkey and pork) and biscuits and gravy. Pool was open but I did not visit.

Elevator seemed a little slow but I just used the steps.
