Breakfast was okay; only ate there once.
The hotel was nice. The manager on duty or desk clerk was, in my opinion, rude. I was unaware of the credit card only situation, but that I worked with, However, I did encounter some difficulty using the scan when I attempted to make purchases. I told her I was having difficulty, and she just blew me off. She finally came over to help me when she saw me getting ready to return the items to the shelf. Maybe she needs more training in customer service.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower and bathroom were designed correctly. I liked the soap and shampoo dispenser in the shower. Nice touch with good products. I also like that there was a night light built into the wall of the bath. It was great for night visits to the restroom. The shower head was great and finally and exhaust fan that did something other than make noise.
Breakfast was not memorable in a good way. Because of covid everything was in a cooler wrapped. My main complaint was there were NO visible directions on the packages on how to microwave. Also the microwave had no instructions on it also. it had a series of buttons that represented different times that were only visible after they were punched. Confusing!.

The breakfast. I have to tell you that the Holiday Inn Express across the freeway has a much better breakfast. The muffins I brought to my husband were very crumbly. I expect better than packaged muffins from a Hilton Hotel.

Loved the location and the staff was very friendly! The breakfast was good and ready to go! I have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again.

The room was very spacious, and clean. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was on point. The bathroom amenities were exceptional. Soap, lotions, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner of great quality instead of the bar soap that sucks the life out of your hands. Watkins soaps. Just great! It means you care.
Our door slammed. It didn't have a soft, slow closure to it. Startling at times. This did not take away from our stay though.
