Hilton Raleigh North Hills

We did not get breakfast. We did not know if they were included in our stay. Amenities are good. Clean and quiet.

We came to have staycation. We went to enjoy the pool. But when we came, there were simultaneous swimming classes going on by British Swimming School which we were not told when I booked. We were not able to enjoy the pool. We stayed in one spot and did not move. The instructors who were not teaching were chatting on the swimming pool stairs instead of giving the guest chance to at least enjoy a bigger space of the pool. This is not expected of Hilton. Ice machine on the second floor was not working. Microwave was placed in a very far area.

Everything was good, loved the good staff and cleanness

What me and my husband didn't like was we booked the room for the reason of the hot tub, but when arrived the hot tub was closed down due to contamination of fungus

Hotel is very nice. Restaurant serves a nice breakfast bar, and the restaurant room service in the evening is great. Food was delicious. Staff are great. Rooms are large (2 queen beds) shower pressure wonderful after traveling and a tiring day.

My first weekend we were in room 228, had nice updates but the ice machine outside our door was noisy with people using it constantly. The 2nd weekend we were in room 334, away from the ice machine but the room had a musty , the a/c didn't work as well as our previous room. Seems like it hadn't been updated as much. Why aren't there microwaves in the rooms? Beds in 334 were a little hard, but not too bad.

The Hotel in general was very good. Rooms were large and adequate. They gave me the option of first floor when checking in.

I did not like the fact that you had to pay for parking when staying there. Beds were a little soft but comfortable. Not enough trolleys to move your baggage. Rooms could use the comfort height toilets, would make it easier on handicap and seniors. We did not have a room with handicap facilities.

The room was extremely clean and the staff was excellent. The bar staff was amazing. Ashley and Antoine are very friendly and sociable. They also made excellent drinks

The bar menu has changed since last month and it is horrible. Who removes chicken wings from a bar menu? I can honestly say that the chicken wings used to be the best thing on the bar menu and now it is ruined. The prices have increased drastically as well. No one expects to spend $32 on bar food.

I liked the location and it was close to the restaurants

There was a problem with the TV twice and maintenence had to be called to the room. I was charged $20 for incidentals and waiting on the refund which I don't think I should have been charged. We were not offered a discount for the problems we had with the TV. Also, had to pay $7 for parking, but don't remember anything about a parking fee. I would like to be compensated for the problem we had. Other than that everything else was okay.

The staff were all friendly! The bar was accessible and made my girl’s trip much more fun if you know what I mean lol. The bartenders were knowledgeable and luckily had the Jäger I requested. I also liked that on site parking was not a parking garage and you have an actual lot. So much easier!! Our room was super clean and the beds were comfortable. The highlight of our stay was this horse painting on the wall in front of the beds. We found it so amusing and funny, especially after a few drinks. we will return.

Clean, hospitable. There was no wet carpet smell. Breakfast was delicious, all of the fruit was amazing and perfect ripeness. The staff was courteous. Great customer service provided by the gentlemen at checkout that was apart of the management time on the morning of 7/23.

At first there wasn’t enough towels and the hot tub was broken, but they more than made up for it.

Beds were comfortable & room was clean. I am hot natured and asked if they have a fan. They were very accommodating to my request. Very thankful.

There were only 3 pool towels & not enough for all guest. I did not like that the property did not disclose that you are charged by the day for parking. I think this should be included when booking a reservation.

The lobby area was beautiful, welcoming, and had great amenities (bar, lounge area, and restaurant)! The check-in staff were warm and friendly as well. I appreciated the free water we received when we checked in.

The room was smaller than I had anticipated and the bed dust ruffle was dirty! There was no welcome notebook in the room to provide information on the area or the onsite amenities nor was there information on the TV.
