Your staff was exceptional! I was in town for a funeral and never had a chance to eat breakfast, but three other family members stayed as well and they ate dearly and said the food was more than what they expected and absolutely great!! I am vision impaired and I was giving tender loving care and will return to your property when I return to Raleigh North Carolina😊

Everything was great but if I had to say anything… I would have liked a comfortable chair in the room. Which I’m sure are in the other rooms, I was in an accessible room so maybe that may be the reason why I did not have a sitting chair in my room. But of course there was a chair that goes with the desk and that was sufficient.

The lady that was at the front desk on the night shift who checked us into the hotel was very helpful and friendly made us feel very welcome to the Hampton inn by Hilton. The morning shift was nice and helpful. If I come back to Carolina I would stay there again.

The coffee ☕ because it was just to strong which I didn't like the taste. I guess Abarica is not for me.

The way the rooms are categorized as Handicapped. Thought I was getting a handicapped room with walk-in shower and high toilet when the room was just a normal room. It was characterized as handicapped only because of hearing issues. Hotel should recategorize The rooms for what they are - not overall handicapped. Handicapped to me is a room that accommodates walkers and wheelchairs, has high toilets and bars to hold on to. I had a hard time dealing with the room I had simply because there were two people and no two people rooms with the accommodations listed.

The location was perfect. We were near many great restaurants and stores. There were many places within walking distance. Breakfast was quite tasty. The check in process was great.

Everything was good except only one elevator was working. It wasn't working when we checked in on Monday and still wasn't working when we checked out on Wednesday.

There was a nice selection of teas and the cold beverages up front was very nice. I loved the blankets, which were warm, attractive, and had a nice texture. This really made a big difference.

We were really hoping to be able to use the pool but it wasn't open. This was disappointing. One of the reasons we chose the hotel was because it had a pool.

The staff was friendly, the room was nice and clean beds were comfortable, pool was nice and the breakfast was good..

The bathroom needs to be updated and my shower faucets drip the whole time , I called the front desk the very first night I got there , she said she would send someone to look at it but no one never came sadly..

The staff are awesome. I’d like to especially thank Kisha, who went above and beyond for me. Besides her truly “light-up the room” smile and welcoming attitude, she was extremely accommodating and looked out for me and my dog, Biscuit. She is a real asset to Hampton

Farther from the concert venue than I thought. But that was my fault. The front desk gal was superb and got us a ground floor unit and early entry with our dogs. I can recall her name, but she is awesome!!!

Breakfast options were good. Room was comfortable and close to the location I needed.

Pricing seems a bit high for the location and age of the property. There are no real special features of the hotel other than the breakfast and an outdoor pool.

Breakfast was excellent. I like the scrambled eggs plus the muffins. Biscuits today were very good. Next visit I will make some pancakes.

Butter near the jelly. Couldn’t find the butter for my biscuit.
