great breakfast, new facility, easy check in. Quiet, comfortable beds. spacious room.

Not as clean as i would have liked. The corner of the bathroom floor showed dirt from previous use. the fridge still had drinks and old food from former guests. As a guest you don't want traces that someone else was there.

Very clean and organized hotel. Morning breakfast was a hit with family. Tucked away in a mall parking lot road so going in and out of hotel was easy. I liked the fact they have the option to have recycling bins everywhere. Hotel rooms were large and roomy, like that there was a kitchen sink to wash dishes that we had. Very happy with this hotel.

Pool is a-little small but my child still liked it. I booked three same rooms and one of the three rooms we found tucked by the bedside bed a THC gummy. I told front desk and had housekeeping come in and take care of it. Immediately. And have been waiting for there supervisor to call me back. Which you think a supervisor or manager would be on duty to handle such problems but seemed like they were never there when I asked.

The location was exceptional the staff were all super friendly no issues at checkin in though I was kind of early the television was excellent the room was very large I felt extra safe due to having to use your key card at every door even the elevator the breakfast was also amazing haven’t had a breakfast that good at any hotel since vivid parking was easy and also free incidentals was only $50 a day most places it’s $100

The room wasn’t dirty but wasn’t as clean as I’d like I did spit a fee pieces of hair in the shower the refrigerator hadn’t been wiped really good either

Nice clean and modern hotel. Great amenities and located close to 540 and 440.

The pool was closed so we couldn’t use it.

customer service - I called about 9:00pm that our power went out. The young lady told me I had turn of the main power. I called back because I could not get the lights to go off in the kitchen. The young lady put me on hold for 15 minutes! I hung up called back and another person answered and “said the person who helped me was coming back to the phone and I waited another 5 minutes! When she got on the phone she said “I am sorry but I had to go take care of something else. “ REALLY!!! That was not considerate at all of my time and it left a bad taste in my mouth even though the room and place was great that poor communication was all I thought about. Please make sure customer’s matter to all employees especially those in customer service who answers our calls.

The whole facility was very nice! We liked the size of the room ( double queen studio suite) and all of the kitchen items that were included . The patio with the fire pit was great for visiting family.

Our biggest complaint about this hotel was the barn style doors for the bathroom in the rooms. There is NO privacy with these doors! They don't close completely... they have almost an inch gap between it and the wall and have no lock. The doors do not contain either noise or odor, and if you wanted to, you could look through the gap and see into the shower. We had extended family members staying together and it was an uncomfortable situation. I would have a very big concern if I was traveling on business with a co-worker or even a trip with friends could be awkward.

exceptional hotel experience. beautiful spacious room (214) comfortable bed, amazing bathroom best hotel experience in quite some time wish I had more time at this lodging location is great - next to a large mall, great restaurants. (El Patio Bar & Grill - you can walk ito it, or if you’re an Applebees kind of person, it’s right next to it) worth every penny. breakfast included. I enjoyed the indoor pool and fitness room outdoor patios with fire pit

not one thing

I always like a brand-new hotel wherever I stay. This fit the bill perfectly!

1. The blackout shade did not reach all the way to the bottom. It let in very bright light all night, and then in the morning the light was intense, even though it was just a slit. Might want to put in a bar across the bottom to make it perfectly black. 2. The toilet paper is too far from the toilet seat. Maybe a tp stand next to the toilet would be a good solution. 3. the sliding door to the bathroom was very heavy and hard to move. It also didn't provide sound proofing. 4. it would be great if the ac had one lower setting for the fan. When the fan came on, even though I had it set to low, it still put out a strong draft across the bed and woke me up.

property was very nice. a lot of noise from kids running up and down the halls but other than that it was wonderful.

I had an additional $400 held on my bank card because Christina told me that I did not have to use the card that they had on file. when I asked was she sure it would t make a difference she said it wouldn’t. when I brought this to her attention at checkout she did not want to acknowledge that this up to 14 day hold of $400 dollars was because of the information she told me upon checkin. she did apologize at the end but seeing $1100 plus instead of $700 plus held out of your account is not a good thing. and that hold is up to 14 days which could put some people in a bind. other than this the stay was nice. staff was really nice as well.
