The tub was clogged, and wouldn't drain, I reported it to the front desk room 308 so hopefully someone fix it.

I would like to express our appreciation to the staff because we are disabled people and you made our stay more enjoyable and memorable. Special mention to Jeffrey, I hope I remember his name correctly. He is the one who oversees the food corner where we can purchase sandwiches and others. He is patient and welcoming.

room was nice and comfortable, as well as clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They are doing some construction work, so I don't want to say anything about the appearance, because that makes sense.
really not close to much of anything in immediate vicinity. can be tough getting in and out of the facility. Not much to choose from as far as eating or anything of that nature Elevators were a little slow.
