No breakfast provided. Location was very convenient to places I needed to be visiting. Options for easy and fast access to major routes around the city. Variety of nearby restaurants and shopping.

Needed early check-in but was told it could not be guaranteed when I phoned ahead, so I waited to check-in until 3pm. Room had bad musty smell when first arrived. Windows coated with dried condensation (not a major issue, but it was really the only thing I found that could account for the musty smell). Bathrooms very clean, well stocked, but towel rods would have made them better.

lack of complimentary breakfast, I understand the pandemic has made things hard but I’ve had to stay at many different hotels across the country and this location was the only one that didn’t offer any breakfast. It doesn’t have to be anything special either like cheap wrapped pastries or oatmeal or something prepackaged. then you don’t have to worry about someone cooking or germ transmission.

Great location, near the mall where my daughter was working, completely accessible to all highways. Large room. No elevator, so when they saw my large suitcase, offered me a room in ground floor, two queen beds, even though I had paid for a single double, all at no cost. Staff super helpful, TV didn't work, switched my room. May sound insignificant, but they had a coffee machine in the lobby that made GREAT coffee and it was FREE.

First room smelled musty and of cigarette smoke, even though it was a smoke free hotel, but my room was changed for after issue with TV. When they are full there is not enough parking, but there are spots out on the street. Would have liked the fitness room to be open.

Considering the location, my room was very quiet. Other than a rowdy thunderstorm , there were no distractions. The shower was roomy enough for my large frame and the full size bath towel was an unexpected treat.

Not much the motel can do about it but, getting in and out of the parking lot was a challenge when traffic picked up.

Everything was as expected. It is a budget hotel and I knew what to expect. The room was clean. I chose not to seek out breakfast if it was offered and the location was excellent. It was right next to a large mall and the highways, but it was off the main road which helped reduce the noise. I needed some packages sent to me which the front desk were able to receive and get them to me.

The pillows weren't pillows at all but bedsheets stuffed into pillow cases. It is more sanitary that way, but luckily I had my own pillow. The guest across the hall was smoking so that smell permeated the hallway.

Great hotel for a budget hotel. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Everyone working there was friendly and sociable. The room was spacious and had a microwave and frige. The hotel is very dog friendly and kept clean. The WiFi was fast and I never had a problem working remotely from my room. There were a few 'not perfect' things here and there; but for the price, it was excellent!

Love the guy at the front desk!! He remembered me from the last time I stayed.

They have a 1 dog policy, which isn't stated on Booking, but since my 2 dogs were small & we only stayed overnight they allowed it. Room was clean & comfortable. Staff very nice.

Not a lot of parking at the hotel. They utilize the street & hotels across the street. If you have an extended cab, trailer, moving truck, etc. be aware you won't be able to park in the lot.

It was clean and bathroom was reasonably sized for price

Had a double bedroom but there was one trash can. One set of pillows. One set of soap and shampoo. And One set of towels as if for one person. Website said they did breakfast but when we arrived we were informed they had coffee and hot water for tea only
