Residence Inn by Marriott Raleigh Crabtree Valley

The suite was delightful - I’ve lived in smaller apartments. The TVs let you sign into your Netflix account, which is very convenient, and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials (except a wine bottle opener, lol). There was an actual small balcony, even, and the fireplace and whirlpool were luxurious touches.

The receptionist, while charming and professional, seemed to feel her mask worked better as a necklace than as protective gear, even while interacting with me, which made me very uncomfortable. The breakfast was a bit disappointing; the selection and quality were average at best, and the signage about covid protocols was confusing.

Loved that it had a full size fridge, very spacious, plenty of sitting area, a microwave, stove. Coffee pot. It was clean. Overall was really nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Bed was a little hard for me but that's personal preference. Bathroom door in our particular room was close fitting to the toilet. I loved the room, hotel and the staff despite these little nitpicks. I would return and recommend.

Breakfast was good. Nice to have breakfast. Not always enough food for guest. Short of staff it seemed. Tables not cleaned off. I did that myself before I sat down to eat.

I felt there was a shortage of staff. every one was friendly and always helpful. One big problem is the slick cement in front of the hotel. Really need rugs outside to keep anyone for slipping. Mainly during rains it is very worried that I would fall. Company could have big problems if not fixed. Just WORRIED for company.

Every staff member that I engaged with was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond.

None of the lights in my room worked except for the bathroom so I had to rely on sunlight.

Breakfast had a lot to offer. The location was great. Close to food and the mall.

Honestly there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Clean and comfortable and in a great location.

Good breakfast. Location convenient to restaurants and stores.

Refrigerator did not work but was replaced. Door fell off replaced refrigerator. Repairs happed immediately.

Guests monopolizing the laundry facilities and the gym could be upgraded.

This place was like a hidden gym! The front desk staff was very nice! The work out room was great. We enjoyed our room, it was excellent. The pool and hot tub were very nice too! This will be our new Raleigh place to stay! Also the breakfast was really good too!

It was so close to the Crabtree mall. The facility was very clean, rooms updated, many amenities, and the complementary breakfast was great. The pool is small but it is enough for a soaking. Love it and will definitely stay there again.

The location was excellent. It was near the airport. The value of the room we got for four people was spot on.

That I didn't stay for another night.
