Fairfield Inn & Suites Wilmington Wrightsville Beach

We chose this Fairfield Inn & Suites due to its proximity to Restaurants, Shopping and Wrightsville Beach. We were very pleased with out choice. Checkin was fast and our room was just as advertised. My daughter and son were in the pool right away. They had a great time everyday in the pool. We also used the gym. The treadmill and dumbells were used the most. The cleaning staff kept us with plenty of towels and was always made us feel welcome. The breakfast was sufficent, and the coffee was hot. After we would go straight to the beach. This is a great hotel in a great location with a great price--with wonderful people waiting to make your stay comfortable

I would maybe say the breakfast is post covid so I understand but I did like the precovid continental breakfast and still have good memories of those past days. My kids really enjoyed the breakfast--they did not mind the packaged foods. I did enjoy the oatmeals and cereals and they had fresh fruit--so all in all I have to give it a 10

Everything was very clean and that made me feel comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had a reservation for 4 adults - a king bed and pull out sleeper which is what we expected however the sleeper was really for one person and we had to ask for more pillows and towels because room was set up for 2 guests. We managed ok. The shower curtain was too short and a lot of water dripped onto floor during showers

This property is conveniently located to both Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. There are not a lot of great options or prices for accommodations in this area, so this hotel is slightly higher on the chain than some of the others. The front desk service was perfectly fine and prompt

First I thought I was paying less with taxes but when I went to check out it was $20 more. The room was a suite, so roomy, the couch had what looked like a leaky pen stain. The rugs throughout the facility should probably be changed. The breakfast is a step below some of the other chains like Hampton Inn further down the street closer to beach.

There wasn't much we didn't like. The staff were friendly and very helpful

The breakfast. The pre-made sausage biscuits had gotten almost mushy sitting in the steamer to stay warm. Having the bagels and waffles wrapped in the plastic, made them hard and tough to eat. If offering a hot breakfast for your guests is what you want to do, the hot foods should be simple, scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon, not quiches that a lot of people won't eat. Lastly, why are waffles only offered over the weekend? With the choices offered on the week days, waffles should definitely still be an option

The rooms were clean and comfortable for my husband, children and I. We took advantage of the breakfast every morning which was actually pretty good. I also used the fitness center which was small, but they did have a couple machines and weights so I was able to make due. My kids really enjoyed the pool as well. Every staff member we came across was friendly and kind. We really had a great stay. Also just wanted to give a huge shout out to Phyllis. We ended up having to change our reservation around due to the family emergency becoming more urgent and she was not only super helpful but she was also incredibly kind. She also walked around every morning during breakfast to check on each and every guest to make sure that all their needs were being met. Phyllis is an absolute angel

The room was very clean as were the common areas and the pool and fitness area were very nice and well maintained. The breakfast was good, but a bit more variety (e.g. hot options) would've made it even better. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help with anything we needed and the location was convenient to Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington.

The sleeping room, although roomy, was an odd set-up. We had a king suite and the bed wasn't the most comfortable and, although it was nice to have separate spaces for the three of us and two TVs, there was no door between the bedroom and the living area and there was an odd open window cut-out so it kind of defeated the purpose of having a suite. Although the breakfast was good, we wished there were more options like bagels and bread/English muffins and breakfast meats.

The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming EVERY time we entered the lobby. The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable and had a nice breakfast buffet and coffee available at all times. Our room was a King Suite and very comfortable! Any member of the staff that we encountered was friendly and willing to assist us or answer any questions, We did not need to use it but appreciated that a guest laundry was available and they even had detergent available for a small fee should we have needed it!

The gentleman that prepared breakfast was exceptional! He interacted with the guest and was very polite...asked if everything was okay...did we have what we needed, etc. Food was hot and there was an excellent variety. For this reason we will definately stay at this particular Fairfield Inn. I can not recall his name but he really made our day! Not to mention that the other staff were friendly as well and the room was clean.

The hotel was nice, the small interaction with staff was ok, the initial check-in had ne confused because they said no maid service during our stay would be available. However I saw rooms being cleaned and taken care of.

The price of the snack section was overpriced, and nothing was offered or indicated to the people staying at the hotel. I travel for work and usually they at least have tea and coffee..

My toddler got sick and Natalie that run the front desk came to the room with clean bed linens and asked if we needed to call 911 or needed anything or help she was very concerned and showed great empathy. The whole staff was excellent towards during our stay and we throughly enjoyed your hotel
