It was convenient

When I arrived, I didn’t feel welcomed by staff. They were overwhelmed and it showed. I tried to be nice but they weren’t accepting of it. They told be there were short staffed and my room may not have been ready. All the managers were cleaning the rooms because no one showed up for work. I didn’t need to know that. There was certainly a lack of customer service that day. Everyone had a solemn look in their face.

The greeting and welcome at the front desk as we registered. The front desk was very friendly and helpful.

When I was checking out the front desk told me us we were charged $203 for the room. We told her that wwas not correct and asked for a receipt. She then said we would be credited $60 on our credit card - which still did not seem correct with the charge given to us through Booking. She also said she could not give us a final receipt…it would have to come from Booking. It was confusing and honestly felt a bit shady !

The hotel was nice, comfortable and relaxing . It had a great little spot to grab drinks, waters and snacks just perfect for last minute rites a we needed to pack for the beach. It’s centrally located to everything so we cut our travel time in half . We couldn’t get over how wonderful the room smelled it was so nice . I’d absolutely book here again . And enjoyed the staff , they are so pleasant and friendly .

I was only slightly disappointed as per the picture on the website there was no palm tree by the pool. Clearly they’re not something I see everyday but the crepe myrtles were beautiful. I wouldn’t even go at far as saying it was something I didn’t like . I really enjoyed everything about the hotel.

No complementary breakfast, people above us was making loud noises through the night

Comfortable bed , clean , cool A/C , Quiet but we were on the top floor with nobody above us . Shower had nice pressure . Just an FYI ; They don’t have automatic housekeeping, you have to ask but that’s actually a good thing for me , I would prefer they don’t come in every day but they are there if you need something.

They didn’t have free continental breakfast, it’s $9.00 for continental & $14.00 for sit down We didn’t eat there so I can’t comment on food .

Rooms very clean and many nearby restuarants. Was here for diving Wrightsville Beach and this was close by, clean.

Would have been nice if buffet was included in price of room. However they did provide free coffee so that was good.

LOCATION, CLEANLINESS, COMFORT

The A/C distribution! All the air was concentrated in the living room area (too cold) and bedroom area was kind of warm. Kids were cold and parents were hot (lol) Difficult to balance. As a recommendation Bathroom needs an updated lightning. For a 5 people capacity not enough hooks to hang towels or swimwear.

Cleanliness. Location. Incredible staff.

There is not anything that I did not like about the property. If anything, I did not like leaving so soon and that I work so much that 48 hours now equals two weeks of vacation in the past.

We love this hotel especially for the bed comfort and excellent location to the things we enjoy which is the beach and restaurants at a very reasonable price and sanitation policies

Clean property, nice staff. Had to wait for the staff to come to the front desk each time I went up there but wasn’t too bad. Would recommend. And a good variety of snacks downstairs.
