location is great. very clean. I always tell people to stay here.

we were in a hurry when we checked out. Realized we left some cables in the room but had no time to go back, my son had a soccer match. I called and asked them to go to the room and please get them out before housekeeping went in. I said I would call back after the match and come and get them. I called back and they said they had them and we headed back. 2 minutes later they called me and said they’d made a mistake and they actually didn’t have them.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was everything I could hope for. The lounge was large so we could socially distance from others. The bartender was great! The outdoor lounge was beautiful! The firepit put out an elegant glow at night! The staff at this hotel vas helpful. Their attitudes would make any corporate office happy!!! Very helpful staff and they wore their masks for everyone's safety.

The room was not very clean. It was dusty and my husband found a toe nail on the carpet which made us believe it wasn't vacuumed. The screws holding the bar in the shower was filled with mildew. The AC wasn't keeping our room cool enough for our liking which made it rough to sleep. The temperature stayed at 71° and up. It never cooled down.

such a beautiful clean hotel! ladies at the front very friendly and all employees we encountered welcoming. loved the set up of our room very different relaxing. 405 close to everything too! excellent Japanese steak house Hiro across the street and tactical laser tag battle house down the road at airport pulse beaches all around. just perfect weekend . breakfast was tasty too

Great location, quick to the highway, quick to the beach. 4 excellent restaurants in walking distance. Clean. Staff were friendly and professional. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Pool was open and clean but we had no time to use it. We did use the fitness studio which was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was insanely good. Stayed in 2 other hotels in the last month and they all seemed to use Covid as an excuse for doing absolutely nothing! Every day they had fresh warm food plus waffles, bagels, cereal, yoghurt. Free coffee help yourself all day and night. Best hotel!

Everything was perfect!

I would like to especially commend the front desk staff, specifically Tony and the young lady who was working days whose name began with an "A" for their patient assistance in locating places to eat and walking me thru setting up my phone to contact Uber for rides in the downtown area.

Some of the vending machines seemed to be sold out for extended periods

The location is great. Staff great. The hotel is nice. I would book here again, this is my second time here.

No USB ports, beds uncomfortable. We stayed 2 nights but found the beds a little uncomfortable.

It waa an awesome location with easy access to beach, other places and attractions, restaurants. Very comfortable, nice atmosphere, very friendly staff. It had a bar, outdoor patio and pool. Loved the comfy and open eating area. I loved all the amenities, location, and appreciated the staff. Ample parking too.

The TV remote didn't have a TV guide or input button for me to use my firestick for movies

Clean facility. Staff helpful giving directions for holiday events in area. Variety of food places short drive. Bathroom clean.

Wasn't as close to Carolina Beach as I thought but it was good location Wilmington downtown area. We enjoyed the 4th of July activities.

Location , quiet and breakfast.

Why put up a sticker ensuring customers that the room was thoroughly cleaned when it was not. I was too tired and did not feel like the hassel to report some things that were not satisfactory. We were greeted by very soiled carpet (door area).The bathroom floor had hair on it and when I pulled back the sheets on one of the beds it had hair in it. The shower head and around the faucets could use a thorough cleaning.
