Suburban Studios of Wilmington

The staff was very kind and friendly. The room was basic but everything worked properly. The neighbors were a bit loud but some of them may live there. I think they are just having fun and enjoying their time. I recommend staying on the non-smoking side if you have family ot want it to be a bit more quiet. The room smells better on non/ smoking; as expected. Over all, my experience was nice, it’s close to the beach, it’s simple, and again; the staff was very nice to me and my family. My kids were with me. They enjoyed their stay too. They loved the pool. It’s small but good enough for them and the other tenants were friendly.

The floor was a bit dirty. Needs a really good sweeping. The only real “complaint” would be the key cards stop working sometimes and I was nervous it would happen late at night and not be able to get in.

i like the quietness of the location itself. i was celebrating my marriage so we really didn't go anywhere or have any of the breakfast.

i didn't like the fact that on the website it said a $50 deposit then when we got to the facility then we were advised that since we have a wilmington address that the deposit was no longer $50 it was $200 . when the man bobby did it he over charged one card and it was all in a disarray. which hindered us cause the deposit didn't come back untill 4 days later.

I liked the whole everything except when my starter went out the first night there and had to walk to the parts store from the store we were at and almost 250 more dollars later and a bit of time later went back to the room to kick back and get some much needed rest but hey thats not the hotels issues nor problems. They had their part cover a place to get some good much needed rest

I really appreciated the kitchen facilities including full size refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove top, sink, coffee maker, and dishes. Made simple meal prep and storage of my service dog's fresh food easy. Super friendly staff made me feel at ease.

Stovetop drip pans had burned on food on them. Perhaps supplying disposable drip pans or aluminum foil would help.

i genuinely loved staying here, it was very comfortable and the kitchen was so awesome (i do suggest if you have 3+ people staying pack some extra plates and bowls) it was very clean overall and the wifi worked fast!staff was so friendly to all my needs and they have a pantry with food and extra things for your needs (plunder, broom etc.) it was very relaxing, i had a party of 4 and we loved it, so far the best family vacay! i definitely recommend this place!

As a smoker, it is hard to find nice lodging. I didn’t know what to expect at the price point of my room. Every thing else close by that allowed smoking in the rooms was $300 or more a night. I was very satisfied with the property as soon as I pulled in. From the front desk employee, to the comfort of my room. I will definitely stay here again if the need arises.

There was not a stopper in the bath tub. I like to soak in the tub after a long day The only complaint I have.

It was close to where I needed to be. Having a small kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, toaster and coffee maker even came with a pan and frying pan. It’s spacious and an awesome bathroom with an abundant supply of very hot water. I would stay here again.

The washing machines would not spin which made dryers useless. Had to go to an outside laundromat. Seem to get a lot of construction workers with big trucks taking parking spaces outside your room.

I really enjoyed the motel because of size of the rooms, the kitchenette was amazing. You had pots, pan, plates you could fix every meal at the comfort of yourself room. Had a big fridge for food . The people were wonderful there. I will most definitely go back on a vacation

loved the experience. it wasn't perfect concerning cleanliness outside the room. But the staff was courteous. Did their best to give me great hospitality. And the location was on point for my business affairs in Wilmington. Will definitely stay there again.

Working cameras

The cameras out on property don't work and my car got messed with ,to the point I had to have it junked.so I lost my 2004 jeep ,I guess so.eone was trying to get to the catylac converter and they tore the whole pulley off my motor,I couldn't involve the law bc noone of the cameras work on the property.
