Breakfast selection was phenomenal. I really enjoyed that they offered a non-pork option for breakfast. We filled up before heading to the beach and it was so nice to have so many great options.

The only thing that I wish all hotel chains would change is the checkout time. You have to wait to 3 or 4 to check in and have to check out by 11:00. Not too much time to go around and check out the sites (beach for example) and have a place to come back and change after. So this is something I wish all hotels would think about. Spending almost 200.00 should get you a 24hour stay in my opinion.

The outside was very well maintained as well as the lobby area. It was very inviting and staff were very nice. the room itself was very comfortable and I liked that it had a couch/living room area to watch tv and eat snacks - instead of eating in bed. Location is very close to shops and restaurants and not too far from the beach.

I am from out of town, and it was hard to find the parking lot for me. The other thing I did not like was the bathroom. In the corner of the bathroom, by the toilet, there were water marks on the ceiling and the wall paper was warped. It made me a bit worried about the damage on that side of the bathroom.

It was a very neat and clean hotel. I loved my two nights there. Wasn't able to wake up in time for breakfast because I didn't want to get out of those comfy beds! Literally less than a 10 min drive to the beach. Well worth the price for the 4th of July weekend. Planning on going back this month it was so nice there in Wilmington.

The front desk staff were super friendly. The room was spotless. When I entered, soft music was playing on the TV, which was ready for me to set up my phone as a remote control. The room and hallways smelled fresh. Everything was updated and beautiful. The bathroom in the room had a great magnifying mirror and the shower was cool refreshing tile.

The bartender could have been a little more skilled, and the bar was out of a lot of main alcoholic beverages, such as rum and most beer. But that is common right now during the post-pandemic world.

Let me start out by saying that I read the reviews of this place, and I feel like there were some people who were just way to picky, and I don’t even understand why. The room is incredible. I came here with my spouse and our 3 year old. It was nice to have a sofa for him to sleep on, and a bed for my spouse and I to share. The tv can spin around to face any way it needs to. The bathroom in the room was AMAZING! The room comes with a microwave and a fridge which is a huge plus. VERY CLEAN! Breakfast was great, there were a lot of things to choose from. The bar was great as well and not overpriced. The pool isn’t very big but it wasn’t a issue, especially because you’re literally 8 minutes from the beach, so if you want a bigger area to swim in, GO TO THE BEACH. Plus there was a little kid side to the pool that my son absolutely enjoyed. The staff were amazing, sweet, and very friendly. We WILL be coming back to this hotel when we come back next year.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They were all polite and eager to help with anything we asked about or needed. Having a Guest Laundry area was an awesome extra to have since visiting the beach can be extremely messy. Breakfast was fresh, hot & the area was well maintained. The King suite was very nice! The large shower, the bed, & the small fridge with microwave was great amenities for my family of 3! Over all..A wonderful 1st time stay!! 😃

I would suggest that a laundry area be added to every floor instead of just 1 located on the 2nd floor. I would suggest that light bulbs are checked throughout the rooms & replaced if out….1 bulb would go on & off around the bathroom mirror in our room.

Breakfast was great. We were traveling with our kids, and they loved staying here. The room design was also a bonus; great set up for a family of four.

Could have used more towels and places to dry/hang them. There was a huge walk in closet, which was nice, but very little in the way of drying racks, etc., given this hotel is near the beach.

The front desk staff was awesome from the moment we walked in to check in. Offered extra towels and washcloths when noticing 5 in my family at check in so that never came up as a issue like is has countless times at other stays. It was the unexpected extra mile for me that was a cherry on top. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Great stay!

Room was clean and refreshing. The bed is comfortable but the pillows were too soft for me, no head support. The bathroom was delightful and roomy. I like the sliding door to the bathroom. Huge walk in closet. Very roomy. The lobby was very inviting and the bar was a great relaxing moment. Bartender was very friendly and nice. Drinks was very good. The breakfast was good as well. Fresh fruit, yogurt, muffins or bagels even a hot breakfast your choice it’s there. The coffee was really good. There’s something to get your day started. I didn’t eat in the eating area due to COVID running rampant I took it to my room.

The last night we were there the people in the room to my left were up until about 3 am making a lot of noise. Talking and laughing really loud music playing. Sound proofing could help that. People overall should just be more considerate.
