The staff was friendly. My room was clean, and the living space in the king suite was a little small. The bed was big and comfortable. My favorite part of the hotel was the bar.

The shower in the room was a nice size, but it did not have anywhere for me to put my soap dish on. So, I had to put my soap dish on the floor of the shower while I was in it. This is the first time I experienced a shower not having a little shelf to put my soap dish or my own body wash on. I stayed in a king suite. The living space was a little too dark for me. I would suggest adding a floor lamp to provide more lighting. The last thing I was not a fan of the breakfast setup. Maybe just one of those things I'm used to a buffet like style will you get more bang for your buck.

Cheery space, friendly staff. Easy to access location, good noise insulation-- there were some large groups in common spaces and noisy rooms we walked by but things were quiet when we got to our room.

Decent breakfast choices-- a bit annoying that it is a cost, but at least you keep it low. The door to the bathroom did not stay closed-- perhaps the floor is uneven so it kept rolling shut.

The room was very comfortable. Wish we would have known what was available. We didn’t use any of the amenities. We weren’t around long enough.

Couldn’t adjust the ac. Room faced the late day sun and it was really warm. A way to play music through the tv would have been nice

The room was stylish and well-designed. I appreciated that the shades on the windows made the room really dark for sleeping.

Loud guests in the hallways with barking dogs late at night. The sliding door for the bathroom/shower area slammed loudly when it closed.

Very modern, snack bar, front lobby, pool all very welcoming

Rates were high, room was small and floors were sticky. Bathroom door would not stay closed, dispensers in shower empty. Breakfast...coffee empty, stale prepackaged danishes. I've stayed in less expensive hotels with better accommodations and cleanliness

the pillows sucked people in adjacent rooms were loud past 1 PM Housekeeping staff was extremely loud nine 930 in the morning, extremely loud, talking a lot saying a bunch of stupid stuff.

Breakfast should not be offered as a prepurchase until they can put on their website what it is. It's a poached egg over carbs in a paper to go cup. At 9am they were out of juice. Staff was nice enough to make me a fresh pot of decaf as they didn't have any out.

Definitely recommend!!! Staff very sweet and helpful, room comfortable and clean . beautiful hotel 10/10

housekeeping swiping in unexpected with no knock! wasn’t to pleasing

I loved that the location was near Pinecrest and had easy access to getting around the city.

There was only one trash can in the room. We worked out of the hotel room so we brought the bathroom trash can out to the main room to use.

The bed, room size, and location.

No refrigerator in the room, bathroom door constantly got stuck, hotel guests not abiding by the capacity rules for the pool, and often heard hotel guests loud outside & in the halls late at night.
