Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland-Beachwood

The Sunday morning hotel kitchen staff was not able to keep up with customer demand. Example, No coffee was available the three times I went to get coffee. We had to wait for coffee to be brewed each time. Front desk personnel advised us this happens every Sunday morning. So with this information it appears this is a known staffing or kitchen equipment issue that may need to be addressed more adequately. We stayed three nights this was the only morning with a staffing or equipment issue. Equipment issue, ie each time coffee ran out they had to remove the coffee dispenser to the kitchen, presumably to brew more coffee. If they had two coffee dispensers they could simply swap the empty one for a full one. I am sure this be resolved correctly.

Breakfast was a strong point at this hotel with tasty bagels and fresh fruits. Hot coffee of decent quality is always available in the lobby. Most staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Very nice TV in our room.

Rooms need an update: windows are hard to see through and bathroom equipment is a bit dated and could have been cleaner. Worst part were the elevators which worked very slowly and only 2 were available for the whole hotel.

The check was a breeze! I messed up the date and unfortunately was charged for the one night I didn't stay but its ok. It was my fault. I called and got booked for the very next day. They was super friendly and easy. Pool and hot tub was awesome. Room was comfortable and awesome. The breakfast was EXCELLENT. we definitely will be coming back to this hotel. And it was quiet considering how many ppl were there.

There needs to be another vertical bar to get out of the shower bathtub on the wall by where the water comes out that way you can get out a little bit easier when there is a tub. I thought the hallway needed to be vacuumed more than it was. I was also upset that there was no microwave in my room.

The breakfast was awesome! The bed was comfortable. And the staff was very nice!

The pool is over chlorinated. So much so, the gym smelled like it, and it gave me a headache. I could only use that facility once. Also, our room wasn't completely clean. Our puppy found a few press on nails, and when we were leaving checking to make sure we didn't forget anything, we found an empty water bottle that wasn't ours. We told the front desk, and they were very nice about it.

We were so impressed with everything. It was beautiful. Friendly staff. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had at a hotel. Great location. We have paid so much more at other hotels that were not nearly as nice. I highly recommend it.

the staff was very helpful and pleasant..they helped me in my situation with no problems. Charles on night shift an the young lady on 7am to 3pm.....they deserve their kudos.

the water wasnt hot enough in shower for my liking...an noise in shower an toilet. but not enough to make me stay away...will be back.

Breakfast variety. 24-hour coffee/tea availability. Cleanliness of bathroom and rooms. Hotels staff attempt to honor room accommodation request. Parking availability.

Rooms are still out of date. Pillows are still way too soft, but I bring my own.

Nice furnishings. Clean. Ample and good and nice selection breakfast. Good staff.

Bathroom fixtures cheap and worn out. Need flow restrictor in shower. Shower hot water went cold once. Virtually no one else wore masks-- begging to spread or get covid. Bedspreads too heavy when folded over at start.

Breakfast good and was refilled. Room OK. Hampton should be clean and safe. That is what we expect.

Missing are the writing pads and pen. Sounds trivial yet I have come to expect that and a binder in the room with information about eateries that are local.
