The Tudor Arms Hotel Cleveland - a DoubleTree by Hilton

The staff was warm and the building is gorgeous. The hotel was immaculate and very nice.

We had issues with room service, and I wish the front desk would have mentioned to us when we checked in that they were understaffed. We also had been told we could use a shuttle for the park, which was just slightly over the mileage radius by the manager of the shuttle service but when it came time to use the shuttle, the driver would not take us.

Staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. The bar and restaurant were quite lovely. The lobby was beautiful. Wonderful historic elements. Close to or in the center of University Circle.

We only had one chair in our room and that was the desk chair. I expect a second comfortable chair in a room with a king bed. I also expected a small refrig in the room. The description on Booking.com led me to believe breakfast was included which it was not.

Historic charm with updated features in the rooms. Stayed in a Jr Queen Suite with ample room, large windows and amenities. Convenient location near Severance Hall and all the attractions of University Circle. Will definitely book again for a future visit.

Beds did not have reading lights, and some dusty corners had been overlooked, but overall it was a very comfortable stay and we were very pleased with our accommodations.

Restaurant staff awful. After almost 15 minutes drinks to get us started never came. Only 6 people in the lounge at the time. The next morning at breakfast, food cold, bacon empty, only 6 pieces of sausage, very little potatoes that were hard and cold. Was told there would be a 15 minute wait and there was only a dozen or so people in there. Hotel staff awesome, food staff terrible.

was dirty outside… there was a sprite bottle outside for the entire 4 days we were there. I waited to see if anyone in the hotel would take care of it but I ended up throwing it away when we left

Close to the Cleveland Clinic bldg we needed. Old gothic look was great! can only imagine what it was like back in the day.

Not really a complaint but the elevator needs a little work. Stopped at random floors and always went to basement first before heading to our floor.

the room was spacious, warm and inviting. the note card from Jennifer a nice touch, and the cookies after the drive in rain and traffic made the afternoon much brighter. Staff very courteous, friendly and informative. Bed and pillows very comfortable, got a great night's sleep

shelf above sink blocked faucet making use very difficult. wood flooring looks nice, but when guests in room above wear hard soles shoes or high heels, the click click click of every step is heard in the room below and when that happens to well after midnite sleeping is difficult

I really like the staff. The cook, kitchen and restaurant crew are the best! Great food (french toast was awesome!!!) Amazing job by all! I managed a Hampton Inn so I know what it takes to be great and they are the best!!! Very clean rooms. The ladies in the restaurant are the BEST!!!

Poorly insulated windows. After driving 6+ hours from Chicago I was extremely disappointed that I could hardly sleep because you can hear every car driving by. I wouldn't want to stay here again.

The property is convenient to museums, downtown, little Italy, Fairmount and Cedar, and more. The rooms are spacious and attractive. And the hotel staff is so friendly snd helpful.
