Spa tub in the room was huge, and quieter than most.
I thought breakfast was included in the room rate; this was reinforced by the front desk saying "breakfast is from 7 until 11" at check in, which I interpreted as "free/included". My mistake, but different phrasing at check-in would be helpful - "our café will be open for breakfast from 7 to 11", or mention the "Continental breakfast for just $8.95 and other items available to order", or something/anything to avoid implying it is free/included with the room.

I loved the hotel. The manager Kim was amazing especially since Booking.com messed up my reservation. I was told I was paying for a room with a king size bed and jetted tub. That's not what booking.com gave me and by the time I got there they were all sold out. The manager Kim called incoming guests to make sure they were still coming. One guest wasn't so I was able to get a jetted tub.

The jacuzzi was not working! There was a little confusion about the tickets for breakfast. We had to ask for our complimentary tickets for breakfast.

Restaurant was closed. Grab and go breakfasts were available. Each breakfast box was $7. Not happy about that.
When you turn off of Beta Dr. Into hotel property, it was difficult to find especially at night. Hotel was behind some big building. Could use better signage to help guests not familiar with the area.

Just 20 minutes from the airport or so very clean and quiet hotel. Staff is very polite and helpful this hotel is the only one I stay at on my trips to Cleveland. Excellent hotel!! 5 stars 🌟in my book!
