Extended Stay America Suites - Cleveland - Beachwood - Orange Place - North

I can't say enough about the professionalism ,courtesy, and personal care I received at this facility. They actually make you feel like you're at home. I've been here since February 17th and become familiar with quite a bit of staff. They have been at all times courteous , thoughtful and considerate during my stay since February 17th on and off through to March 19th I'm grateful to have come across such a professional group of people who work at a hotel. I will always recommend a stay at this particular extended stay and will continue to do so myself. You have a special group of people here and they should all remain and be given some type of gratitude!

I did not experience any dislikes.

I loved the staff! They were professional, courteous & very helpful with getting my 90 year old mother in & out of the car during the bad weather. They didn't have to do that but I appreciate that they did. The hotel in whole was clean & well maintained. The location was perfect for us. Close to the freeway, food, shopping & the hospital. I got way more than I expected, I will most definitely recommend this hotel & I will myself be back in the future.

The only thing I would have liked to have is a dust mop or a broom & dust pan. Other than that it was perfect!

Comfortable, able to adjust room temperature on my own and it was quiet.

The take and go "breakfast" was not at all what I expected; extremely limited. Good thing I was not hungry. Also, when I arrived, I needed to wait for about 10 min for staff to come back to the desk to check me in.

I liked the peace and quiet I got while I was there. All of the neighboring rooms were respectful of each other. That was cool 😎

The bed was a bit hard. It was too firm!! Also,one of the lamps didn't work, and the refrigerator was loud.

Hospitality. Very close and convenient to my job site

Piss poor internet service horrible Broadband signal for the price. I had to sit by the window to get a very shallow signal on a very important Microsoft Teams meeting with my staff in India. Very very embarrassing.0

Am receptionist was hands down the best. Had a Loud a/c unit that woke us at night. No one could resolve the problem. A/M front desk manager stepped right in and changed my room. Slept like a baby afterwards. Thank you.

It was very clean and the staff was extremely welcoming.

Had an issue in the afternoon on Saturday where the smell of weed was everywhere. No smoking should be no smoking anything. It cleared up and it was fine after that. Probably just someone who was in considerate.

All over all everything was excellent customer service was outstanding the rooms were excellent I loved it will be staying quite a bit more

Everything here was perfect no complaints

The room was very nice and the staff was friendly and very accommodating we will be back in about 5 weeks

There was nothing not to like.

The price was really good. I had to have surgery at. Southpoint Cleveland clinic it was close and affordable and the room was clean .
