Homewood Suites by Hilton Cleveland-Beachwood

Close to venue, very clean.

Rate was too expensive for the room, but it was the only one available for the time we were there. Bed was not comfortable for us, very soft. The air conditioner vent was half behind a curtain, which made for the room to be warm, even turning the thermostate down. The room was right across from the elevator extremely noisy. I have no idea why they would have a room directly across from an elevator. Make it for storage but not a guest room.

Sufficiently furnished. Kitchen/kitchenette is satisfactory for a week's stay. Dishwasher wan be drawer size to maximize storage but nice to have it.

The room could be cleaner. Lots of Noise at night, lots of fan and heater sounds. We had tough time going to bed the first night there. The refrigerator compresser would make a loud squealing sound as it started.

lots of good choices and variety for breakfast. I appreciated the almond milk option. It was hot and fresh. The staff was wonderful. The food was great.

Some slight noise from other guests in the hallway in the evening but otherwise it was great. The suite was clean, well stocked, and very roomy. The kitchen amenities are wonderful.

The staff was wonderful! The breakfast was delicious! The room was clean except for the shower.

The shower wasn't cleaned very well. The sofa bed had no sheets or anything on it so we had to go get sheets and make it ourselves. There were no pillows or blankets for it either.

This pristine extended stay was a delight! The facilities are many, and everything was extremely clean. The breakfast was reasonable and there was plenty of coffee in the lobby. The smallBut well designed kitchen was extremely helpful. It was about a 15 minute commute to many places near downtown and proximate enough to major highways. I strongly recommend this facility if you do not wish to stay downtown.

We loved how accommodating to pets they were! The breakfast each morning was also very good and deviated daily. The hotel was in great shape, very clean, and the room was large with a kitchenette that made it easy to.prepare some small meals. It had a full sized fridge too! Great space for walking our dog.

The firepit outside did not work.

Rooms were clean, hotel was quiet, everyone was adhering to the covid guidelines. Location was convenient and pricing was on parking with the facility. We will definitely be staying again I appreciate that they allowed pets

Everything was great! My only issue was that it snowed about 10 inches between overnight Monday and Tuesday, but they didn't plow the parking lot until Thursday night late.it made parking, coming and going and getting inside very difficult

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years and I remain pleased. It is clean, well laid out, not run-down. I love having silverware, plates, cups, a stove and a fridge. The staff is wonderful, professional and accommodating. Also, the price is great and so is the location.

The food wasn't as good but I understand the Covid-19 restrictions they are working with. I wish they had more black tea and sugar in the room.

Pool/hot tub was PACKED with children from the time it opened until the time it closed both days we were there so we did not get to enjoy those which is why I had chosen this hotel was because it had a pool and hot tub.

The room was nice and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk was kind and friendly.

I was there for the New Year Eve and there seem to be young people running up and down the hallway. ALSO, I forgot to ask for a discount with my AARP/AAA!!😞
