The breakfast was very good and it was very well prepared, Charlotte was excellent in customer service and any questions that might come up, everything was freshly made, freshly prepared and the coffee, that was the most excellent part, I am a hardcore coffee drinker and the coffee was fresh every morning, the staff was excellent, the housekeeper was great, this was the best stay I have had in a long time

There was nothing that I didn't like, I can't say anything bad about this place, this place and staff were beyond exception, they were amazing

It was convenient for where we were going. It had a great breakfast. The staff was friendly, smiled, and extremely helpful & polite. Our room was perfect. Very clean. Plenty of linens & supplies & tv. Great view. Right next to Shell, McDonald’s & Wendy’s, & Subway Restaurants. Great for disabled & service dog.

There wasn’t anything not to like.

For the most part the hotel was clean. The couch in our room was stained. It would have been nice to have some fresh fruit at breakfast and there were no toppings for the waffles. In addition, we checked in online as the instructions were that it would save time at the desk. This did not prove true. It took 10-15 minutes as they still asked for id, credit card, etc. Checking in online saves no time. Checking out took a while too.

Everything; the staff was Very Professional and Friendly! Rooms were very Comfortable and Extremely Clean! Wonderful Breakfast. Was Close to everything we had planned for the weekend! Five Star ⭐️ accommodations! Will always stay at a Marriott hotel when we can!

The staff, particularly Rhonda, was very helpful in getting us in and settled and our stay extended. The room was clean. A laundry room was available. The hotel itself seems to be quite new and comfortable.

I know there are covid restrictions, but breakfast was not great. The coffee was very weak. There was not much variety and everything was prepackaged, i.e., yogurt, muffins, etc. Other hotels we have visited have gone back to the eggs, etc. The rug in the in front of the washer and dryer in the laundry room was very dirty but it was great to have a laundry room,

The breakfast was okay. Most hotels have a waffle maker so that you get fresh waffles. The waffles here were just frozen that you toast. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The pillows are terrible and the bed was hard. There was some confusion about the rooms. We should have had adjoining rooms but didn't as requested.

The lobby seems empty and makes you feel un-welcomed! This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this location. Upon arriving and returning it always appears no one is working the front desk. The stay seated behind the counter and you ant even see them. When they hear the doors they should at least stand up greet at least make themselves available! Not a good first impression.

The breakfast was great and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

The stay did not populate to my Marriott bon voy points because I booked it with a third party vendor and I don't know how to get my points over.

We came to this location to attend the funeral services of a family relative. The location was excellent. When we checked in, our room was on the I-77 side of the motel. We thought that we might hear highway traffic but we did not. We rested well and had the breakfast in the motel. There was plenty to eat. It was a very nice stay and the room was extremely clean.

There are no negatives about this location and motel.

The lady working was taking care of everything and she was absolutely wonderful!! The hotel was clean, the morning lady at breakfast was also amazing and so friendly to everyone!
