Hilton Garden Inn Cincinnati Midtown

The breakfast was excellent hats of to Charles and definitely to Lorraine she was the bomb Jason and the other woman who checked us in was friendly and polite I will definitely be back

The hotel was clean and the beds especially comfortable. I normally feel very safe at a Hilton Garden Inn but on this trip someone tried to break into our room while we were sleeping! I left a message for the General Manager to check the security cameras but he has not returned my call.

The attempted break in and two teenagers running around the lobby as we were trying to check in. They must have been in the indoor pool as they were running around the lobby in swim trunks and no shirt. One kept interrupting the man trying to get us checked in. It was around 11 pm and we were tired and trying to get to our room.

The staff/customer service were amazing. Room was clean, no complaints. I would def stay at this location again.

The stay was fine. If I had to choose I wish there was more parking in the main parking lot.

Staff was great. Very well maintained lobby and room. Also, clean and great location right off the freeway. I liked being next to the hospital and having free parking available.

Only minor complaint would be the room temp. We were unable to control the air so it was rather cold overnight. With that said, I would still reserve here again since staff were friendly and it was clean!

I did not make it to breakfast unfortunately so I can't speak on it but we had a problem with the safe in our room and the front desk sent help immediately to resolve the problem. The staff was helpful and friendly. I was happy to see a coffee maker in my room since they aren't being put in the rooms at all hotels as they once were.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms and accommodations were very nice. They had food and drinks available for purchase that you could heat up in your room which was convenient. Things looked clean and sanitizer was available. Overall a good stay and I would stay there again.

First thing I noticed was opening the fridge in the room it had left over food inside so the ones cleaning need to pay a little closer attention to that area. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but not the worst either they do have a pool but it is very small I didn’t feel comfortable with many other people at this point. They did have a dining area the weekend I was there for breakfast you could purchase however it was a bit overpriced. They were also out of things that were still listed like pancakes etc. I also don’t love that there weren’t really stores or restaurants around the area.

The breakfast was good. Had the French toast, kid meal, it was enough for a senior meal, since I can’t eat a lot it was perfect. The second day had the hot meal, which was 2eggs and bacon and a piece of toast, however they charge me $2.00 extra for the toast, which I thought it should of come with the hot meal.

Everyone there seems to like their job, seem to always have smiles on their faces, and very happy to help you.

There was a big confusion when it came to my bill in the very beginning (check in). Booking.com had one price, and the Hilton had another. But they got it sorted out.

clean and updated throughout. great pool (small but clean and well stocked with towels). short drive to restaurants and shopping.

very uncomfortable beds and pillows — no support. parking was limited and awkward due to shared lot with rehab hospital. (though extra parking was available below).
