Extraordinary front desk service from that excellent group of people. Super friendly and helpful, personable and professional. Very good location with probably a thousand places to eat and things to do within immediate walking distance.

The bathroom floor was very sticky. I had to use one of the towels soaked in water to get whatever it was (assuming it was cleaner) up so that I was comfortable walking on it in bare feet. Sorta pricey.

The staff was nice friendly, very helpful, if you have a problem, just ask. The parking garage was convenient , just needed a little elevator to our room, need to know how to accommodate for a disability. We loved our stay, and we will be staying here again! I like that there's A Star's Bucks and a little Target store right there by the hotel on the same block. Plenty of food and eating places in the area.

The parking meter across street. I feel if your already paying to stay, why pay more money to a parking meter. That can be a use free of charge for guest with disabilities, for who cant walk far, or etc..Also the ice bucket and tray needs to be lowered for better reaching, not everyone can reach it.

Location was great not far from the ballpark and breakfast was great...Hotel was clean and staff especially Tiffany were super!!

Although the hotel was very clean and the room was nice and comfortable, I thought $335 for one night was a little much and I had to fix my shower head in the bathroom because it was leaking just needed tightened up but obviously that's not the point ...other than that great stay

I liked there was a lot of stuff near by I could walk to.

I had to pay anything to park. I had to pay for unlimited parking which was about $15. On one of floor someone broken into a car window so it made me feel somewhat unsafe to park there on top of it not being complimentary with the room.

I loved that even though the hotel was at capacity it was quiet. I could not hear people around me which was awesome.

It would be good if the back door that is closest to the parking garage worked. For both the safety perspective and for shorter walk from the hotel to the car during rain.

The staff members were all professional, friendly and helpful (for example, they let us check in a few minutes early) and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The location is very convenient to the Cinci Zoo, and it is easy to get to other neighborhoods via Uber.

The street noise was pretty loud in the evening (we were facing McMillan street). It might have been helpful to know about the parking situation (a public parking garage just about half a block away) before we arrived, but it worked out fine. The pool area was pleasant and clean, but the pool itself had hot water jetting into it-- so the water was warmer than body temperature. I am not sure if that was by design but it felt odd.

The room was amazing! I wish we’d stayed more than just one night. It was only about 5 minutes away from the zoo, which was perfect. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. It’s in walking distance of a lot of different stores and restaurants, too. The room was spotless, as was the bathroom. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable! Even the noise from the street wasn’t bad with the air going.

There was a slight issue with the booking in their system. Their computer said one room with two beds, but I’d booked one room with one bed. The woman at the desk fixed it for me at the exact same rate without any trouble at all.

The location was perfect and was surrounded by many restaurants and shops. There was a mini-target next door. Would be a perfect place to stay if you were a parent visiting your college student! Breakfast was also delicious with many options!

The room was spacious and beautiful with a better-than-expected bathroom with great amenities. The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. The lobby area is nice; overall, the hotel was very clean and quiet. I am impressed.

The breakfast was a little too healthy when you might like some indulgences on a vacation away but not really a complaint.

I was initially concerned about the location, never having been Cincinnati. I realized we were located with the University of Cincinnati and the area was actually very walkable.

The bed pillow was so flat, hard, and uncomfortable that I woke up with a headache and neck discomfort. The pillow negatively affected the quality of my sleep.
