the elevators were a little scary. seemed very old and not safe. shook a bit etc. one or two were down on one side and the other side 3were out. so certain times of the day I took stairs bc of the long wait times for elevators. only complaint I really had.

The staff were all wonderful. It was obvious they were overwhelmed and stretched thin, but at no point did they make us feel like we were a problem. Courteous, patient, and helpful, even when we had issues in the room the staff was quick to rectify them and answer all our questions promptly.

There were clear signs that things were often rushed and after seeing how few hands were on deck, it made sense why. Our kitchenette was missing things, our pullout sofa had no bedding, the lines for checkin and service could get long. But ultimately each of these things was quickly solved as soon as the staff heard there was a problem. With all the juggling they were doing everything took just a little longer.

Beautiful history incorporated with modern design. Room size and decor was great. Lobby and hotel are beautiful. Staff very friendly. Staff attitude highlights this beautiful hotel.

Minor specific details not taken care of to be excellent. Carpet stains in hallways . Shower floor could've been cleaner. Still a great hotel.

The hotel representative working the front desk was amazing! Her hospitality was warm, welcoming, and engaging. My friends and I saw her at a local restaurant after settling in at the hotel, and her sweet spirit was ever present. She truly has a gift and is a valuable asset to your team!

The one thing I didn't like is related to the room. The bathroom was small, specifically the space between the door to enter the bathroom and the toilet. Me and my husband are average sized people and it was tight. This could be uncomfortable for others, to include those with mobility concerns who are trying to maneuver in that space.

I liked the room. It was nicely decorated, spacious, and comfortable.

I didn’t like location and the parking lot situation. I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t drive up to the hotel and check in without valet. I didn’t like the downtown environment.

Very large room. Comfortable and clean. Staff was super friendly especially Day at the reception desk.

The hotel was pet friendly but there was nowhere within close proximity to walk your dog. At least provide an area like the airports have if you continue to accept pets.

The front desk ladies were the best. Good vibes the entire time... I can't remember the hotel clerk name but she made me feel special called me by my name the entire time. The breakfast was good..you got to choose from either side to eat.. I absolutely enjoyed my stay... everything was in walking distance... chipotle is right across so he was Great lol.. would definitely recommend to stay here!

I had no issues.. unfortunately the bar was not opened but we still didn't have no problem.

We took the kids on a road trip to see the Reds game. Booked this hotel last minute and I am so glad we found it. Great price for a huge room. We didn’t have much of a view but we didn’t care. It had a full kitchen, nice size living room, big bathroom, and a huge bedroom! The room was also very clean. Staff was friendly and location of hotel was great. Valet was quick to retrieve your car. We walked to the game and back. I would recommend this hotel and would also return to it.

Room was clean, comfortable, had a refrigerator, microwave, 2 eye stove, oven, minimal dishes.

No parking so parking overnight was expensive. The breakfast didn't have much of a selection. They put us in an alley facing room so we overlooked employee parking and the rear of 3 other buildings. For $158/ night, I would have, at least, liked to look down on the street.

Breakfast was great. Area is nice and the food had lots of selections

More fruit would have been nice especially on weekdays. More available on weekends
