Aloft Newport on the Levee

Loved the location and comfortable beds. There was plenty of space for 4 bags and shoes/coat storage.

There was no cleaning service in the rooms for the 3 days of our stay... we had to go to the front desk to get towels, and there were no bath towels clean. So, after showering, we had to dry off with hand towels. Not the best experience. No microwave in the room, and the fridge was under the bathroom counter- seemed odd.

We loved everything about the hotel! The room exceeded our expectations! Everything was so clean and smelled so good! We loved all the different sitting areas inside and outside that you could just hang out! The location was great to all the area attractions and restaurants. I cannot say enough about the staff and what they did to make our stay perfect. Especially June at the bar and the tall young man at the front desk (sorry I did not get his name) that helped us with our first Uber ride!! We liked the ease of the parking garage (worth the extra $) and the cost of the room was well worth the money!

It is hard to think of something we did not like about the hotel. We did not have a view of the river, but we knew that ahead of time and that was not important to us.

Close to the aquarium, restaurants and shopping center. Check out the purple people bridge. Property is clean and well maintained. Check in and checkout are quick and easy.

Parking by the hotel is free if you can find a spot. The parking garage is an extra $10 per day and was mentioned at the end of checking in. Parking fees are not mentioned on the website. Unknown if guests can park in the Hofbrau Haus parking lot next door.

The convenience of the location was amazing. Very beautiful hotel.

The restroom stalls in the lobby were terrible. Our shower leaked at the bottom so the floor and floor mat were wet when we got out. Didn't mind that we had to go to the lobby for everything though. That was ok. Wished I had known that parking was not included, for what we paid to stay I would think breakfast would have been included. But we did have a very pleasant stay and will stay there again. Just a little but more prepared for the the additional charges

Pet friendly, people friendly, parking super easy, lobby nice, bar nice, pool great, outdoor hangout areas with corn hole and etc great, beds comfy, big windows with good view, great location to walk everywhere and overall clean.

Rooms a lil small, water pressure in sink not great at all, clean but u can tell it's been "lived in," and needs a deep clean. You can hear a lot of noise from the hallway and people above you. But overall we would stay again!!!

Perfect location for attending a Reds game, or Bengals for that matter. Shuttle bus stops right out front of hotel every 15 minutes, and it's only $1.00 each way.

There is no night light in the room. If you leave the bathroom area light on there is no way to keep it from lighting up sleeping area. This wouldn't be a problem, if the rooms weren't pitch dark.

We really appreciated the efforts of Lanae, Anita and June (?) who provided excellent service. Al three of them went out of their way to help us!

I wish that the hotel had a full fledged full service restaurant. It would be an excellent improvement for the hotel.

Location was perfect for waking to the aquarium and places to eat.

The website that I booked stated the checkout time was 12:00 when it was actually 11:00. When I got my final bill it included an additional charge of $10.00 for overnight garage parking that I assumed was included in the original cost.

The hotel was located in such a great spot! Right next to Newport of the Levee so many things to do, places to eat, nightlife! Hotel had secure garage parking, which was very nice. Hotel was decorated very nicely, fun, vibrant, modern and was very clean! It has such a great atmosphere and vibe. To date, one of the best atmospheres, not stale at all. Room was very clean, beds and pillows comfortable! Hotel definitely gives you a sense of security, keycards needed for access to elevators and parking.

My literal only complaint was front desk attendant was not informative at all. He mentioned to his coworker about his break time being soon/now. Although was friendly at greeting, there was no information given about where the elevators were, what they offered, amenities, times, check in/check out, that we needed key card for access to certain areas.

I would definitely stay here again. Room was small but had the essentials. The location is great. Walked everywhere I needed to go. Check in was quick and easy.

We could hear the family above us who what sounded like had multiple young children as they were running majority of the time. The pool was closed and the staff didn’t let us know. Parking cost $10 a night which I feel like it should be free being that hotel prices aren’t cheap.
