Quality Inn East Liverpool

The room was clean and comfortable, as were the beds. While I was told they do not have walk in showers, a shower chair was placed in the shower for my friend who has mobility issues. You couldn't hear noises in the hallways, which made it great for sleeping. The location was centrally located to stores, restaurants, & especially to Rogers Flea Market. Last year, bagged meals were served for breakfast due to Covid-19. A small Continental breakfast was served, but my friend & I opted for something else.

My friend noticed that the coffee pot was missing from the coffee maker. Besides that, there was not much we did not like.

There was everything to like. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. For my friend who has trouble with mobility, we were ensured a room on the first floor and a shower chair was placed in the tub. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Thank you!!! We will be back next year!!!👍🙂

There is nothing to say and everything to like. It's what makes people coming back time after time.

The hotel was centrally located to stores and restaurants. It is a good value for the price. The room was very clean & comfortable. My friend and I were originally given a room to stay on the second floor. I inquired upon checkin if there was an elevator, as she has mobility issues. I mentioned this to the desk clerk, who graciously exchanged the original room for one on the first floor. The staff were very nice; our room was close to the vending machines, and we would definitely stay here again.

There was much to like, and very few things that we did not like. For those individuals with mobility issues, I am not sure if Quality Inn offers rooms that have say bigger bathrooms, grab bars on the walls, or perhaps, grab bars to make it easier to lift oneself off from the commode.

Amazing staff and very comfortable and relaxing felt like home away from home.

The breakfast wasn’t the greatest not many choices there was only waffles and the for coffee there wasn’t but one choice for creamer more choices would be better for choice hotel!!

The breakfast options lacked much variety and the coffee was not good. We were here only to avoid potentially dangerous smoke and gasses from a rail disaster so we would probably not have a need to stay here again.

Breakfast not good...went elsewhere.

The breakfast was only waffles (which you made yourself, cereal fruit. No hot continental breakfast as indicated.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful with places to eat! Truly enjoyable

This hotel does not have an elevator to get to the second floor. I would have liked to have known that in advance since I have just had surgery so we had to go to a double bed on the first floor instead of a king.

Nice clean room. Clean pool area. Location was good. Staff was nice.

Room was a little warm, couldn't make it much cooler. Coffee pot was missing a piece (slide-in tray for coffee packet).

The woman at the counter—I wish I could remember her name—was very friendly and helpful.
