Clarion Inn near Wright Patterson - Dayton

Location was good close to museum and food choices

Hotel needs renovated badly. Obviously periodic replacement not being done Outside ashtray receptacles were rusted and dangerous.

We liked that it was close to family and not hard to find and get to.

We asked for handicap room and they gave us a room on the bottom floor but the bathroom was not quite handicap.

Bed was comfortable and staff was nice. The location to the Nation Museum of the Air Force made it convenient. The price was pretty good too.

Didn't have hand soap when we got there. The staff did provide me with some. The tub looked like it had seen better days. I didn't book an ADA room, nor was there a plaque on the door, but the bathroom looked like it was ADA. So the shower head was blocked off with only a hose shower head that was mounted low. I had to squat down to shower off. Made it irritating.

I loved the location very close to lots of shopping centers, places to eat, and 5 minutes away from the Wright-Patterson Air Force museum. Great staff very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and when I asked for extra pillows and blankets before leaving to go eat they were brought to me in a matter of minutes.

I was looking forward to be able to swim in the pool and it was closed due to mechanical issues.

The staff is wonderful. They all had empathy and genuinely cared and they were responsive. I was most impressed with them. The shower was fantastic. Great water pressure. Bed comfy. Room nice.

The breakfast the first day was minimal, the 2nd day there was nothing warm. I was very disappointed with that. I was disappointed my coffee service wasn't refreshed during my stay nor was my room.

The beds were so comfortable, I don't think I even moved once after laying down, the location was perfect because we were there for a concert at the Nutter Center. The water pressure would almost knock you down because it was so heavy, which to me is a good thing. It was super clean and the lady out the desk during check out was nice.

There could have been more parking spaces.

The staff could do more with better communication and be a little more friendlier. Not sure why there is a bigger deposit on the room that is more than the room cost. It would be nice to know about deposits prior to checking in. Had I known I would have picked a different place.

close to shopping and restaurants

The swimming pool was down,mechanical problem, the ice machine was down had to go to the front desk for ice, the vending pop machine was out of pop, the doors to the rooms was hard to open, the breakfast juice machine was down and we had to pour our own juice from the refrigerator

Breakfast was pretty good, beds were comfortable. Pool was nice and clean. Good location near Wright Patterson AFB and museum.

Some construction underway and not finished yet.

Clean and had a swimming pool that was open for the older girls to hang out in.

Lack of towels. The pool didn't have any so the kids took the room towels, but they did get replaced quickly.
