very clean, and quiet for being so close to the highway. the staff was all fantastic. Gabby in particular was super sweet and helped me. And the morning staff at the front desk was just as wonderful.

the rooms are large and very open- great! BUT they have nothing to dampen sounds. Even speaking softly creates an echo and makes every move you make very loud, as well as guests in rooms close to you. And wish there was a better assortment of pillows they were all very soft. staff was wonderful, everything lean and everything smelled nice as well, but it was still pricey for what it was. I hope that is going to the excellent staff they deserve it.

Breakfast was good every day - Room was very clean - Mattress & pillows very comfortable - Bed & bath linens were very clean - Spotless - Loved that soap!

Only complaint for Dayton hotel is so close to I-70, our room was in the back facing that interstate traffic, the noise is really bad.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and neat. Bed was very comfortable.

Just a few things…the shower door wouldn’t close completely but reported it to front desk Room was on the freeway side which is a bit noisy but turned on the air conditioning fan which helped They could have a little better options for breakfast but we made do with what was there

Tru is convenient for getting off the road to sleep. Clean, affordable and decent breakfast. The front desk lady was so incredibly friendly and helpful and even was the one to bring us more towels.

The rooms are pretty small, but not really a big deal as we usually seek out Tru's when traveling and we just need to stop and sleep.

i loved the water hydration stations. the breakfast was excellent with great options. every single staff member was friendly and helpful. the rooms were modern with beds that were comfortable. the hotel had a fabulous decorated vibe. love all the fun colors!

the tub in the bathroom was slippery and one of us almost fell. our bathroom outlay wasn’t working but that didn’t change my excellent rating.

Clean, easy to find location. Had what was needed in the bath. Did like the squeeze bottles with soaps and conditioners!! Also, the window shade was very good. Liked the way they were in a "frame" when closed and kept light out...not like standard hotel curtains.

Bed too firm. King bed with 3 standard size "flat as a pancake" feather pillows for 2 people totally unacceptable. We asked for extra pillows and were told they didn't have any more as the extra they had were already handed out. That might give a clue that others had the same issue....crummy pillows! Worst 2 nights of sleep ever at a hotel/motel/inn/B&B. Would expect better from a Hilton brand hotel. We're going somewhere else next time. Oh, and the freeway side of the building gets a lot of noise from traffic. Not soundproofed very well!!

Loved no carpet. Easier to clean. Loved beds and covers. Modern style and large TV in the room was great

There was a flashing light above my bed that was probably for fire/carbon monoxide? It flashed all night above my head, could not sleep well. Be nice if that was moved to another location- entryway? Also: a mirror above the fridge would be great. My niece was in the bathroom. Need an outside mirror for another to do makeup. The light above the long mirror in the entryway did not work.

After traveling all day, I was looking forward to an easy check-in, a clean comfortable room, and a cozy bed. And Hilton did not disappoint! This is why I always prefer to stay at a Hilton property. I can count on them to always deliver what was promised! The staff is welcoming and professional and the amenities exactly as advertised.

The location was fantastic as we were going to a concert at the Rose Music Center. staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was a bit small - but for a one night stay it was more than suitable.

Room was smaller than expected but not a major issue.

Reception was very kind and accommodating! Breakfast was outstanding! Love that they had fresh oatmeal! We didnt realize they didn't have a pool but they hooked us up!! Noisy floor above that was handled immediately by front desk as well. Foozball was a hit for the teens!
