AC Hotel Cincinnati at Liberty Center

Our room was lovely, the bed was comfortable, everything was neat and clean, wonderful large window and great location.

The breakfast. For such a lovely hotel the breakfast was very disappointing. Also, you need a bathroom in the lobby. After a long drive, my husband who is an amputee, needed badly to go to the bathroom. He had to go up the elevator to 2nd floor. Sadly he didn't make it to the bathroom in time...He was quite embarrassed. A lobby located bathroom would have prevented such an embarrassment.

The rooms were so comfortable, clean and smelled great! We live only a few miles away but it was my birthday and we wanted to have a fun relaxing weekend and it was just that. The rooms were so comfortable, in fact, we canceled our movie and dinner plans and just stayed in the hotel! The pool was awesome, and the hot tub was divine. Good breakfast too! Especially considering COVID has reduced many breakfasts throughout hotels. The shower was GREAT, like spa version waterfall!

I was bummed that the hotel restaurant/bistro was closed. I was looking forward to eating there, but there are lots of options outside. They just all close kind of early & are very busy.

Property was very clean and a great location

Wifi door card reader (key) would not work- manager card did not work either. Clerk had to charge the battery on the door before the door would open to our room- we were stuck in hallway until it all played out.

I like the convenience of shopping and eateries right in the vicinity of the hotel and myself as well as my friends really enjoyed the hotel hot tub. It was very relaxing and serene. However I want to express my concern of the number of underage children that was left unattended and the youngest looked to be 3 or 4. My party and I was very uncomfortable and nervous because of the number of kids without parental/adult supervision especially with one or two little ones not even being 3ft tall. I was told when I booked the hotel that it would be a limited number of guests allowed to be in the pool at a time. Well that wasn't the case and my friend didn't ever get to take a swim because of it because it was a number of people in the pool at one time especially children.

On Saturday our room wasn't ever cleaned even after we were told it would be because we lounged around most of the day on Saturday but even after we left for the late day/evening no one ever showed to clean our room so after returning to room on Saturday evening we had to request towels, wash clothes, coffee and condiments, and for our trash to be emptied. Due to the capacity of guess I do realize housekeeping staff was limited but we should have never been told that someone was going to return to clean our room if they wasn't. Overall I my stay and first experience at AC hotel was great and memorable very elegant and relaxing. Thank you for your service and staff was very polite and accommodating.

Everything was nice! We didn’t make it to the breakfast because I was getting married the next day!

I told the lady when we checked in I had already paid and showed her the money that came out of my bank account and she still ended up charging me for one of the rooms I already paid for.

loved the location. It was so close to many restaurants & shopping. The indoor pool was amazing & loved the rain shower. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff is friendly & helpful.

LOUD central air unit hard hear TV ot to Talk , No Bathtub , shower sink toilet no microwave in room glad it was just 1 night

I do not want to be negative at the hotel. However my mother and I went there for a night of shopping and drinks. We were on the 3rd floor and the ppl above us was very loud all night long literally! I would be surprised if anything was left to that room. Needless to say we didn’t get any sleep so my next day was very trying. I will prefer next time to be on either the 5-6 th floor. I know there are a lot of places to have beverages in that area. That’s what is nice about the hotel. But when you spend over 100$ to stay the night and get zero rest it’s very frustrating. On a good note the hotel was spotless Ana smelled very clean and the staff were very pleasant. I will be back I just hope next time I have better luck 😃

GREAT location with tons of amenities. Everything was very convenient and the hotel was beautiful. We will definitely be back. I will recommend this to everybody coming to the area!!!

It was a minor inconvenience that the hardtop was down. But that can't be helped. I would not let this affect my next day. There's nothing else I would change. What a great hotel!!

I didn’t like the hot tub had been covered up. Just wish that would have been something that was made known before the stay. It was a nice indoor/outdoor hot tub that we’ve utilized every time we have stayed there.
