This is a lovely place to stay outside of the city, but close to everything. The rooms were clean. The beds are super comfortable. All of the rooms have a refrigerator and coffee maker and a few other necessities. The breakfast was amazing! A huge buffet and every bit of it is homemade. The pool was great, and there is a beautiful sitting area outside of the house where they serve breakfast. The whole complex is just amazing. We are definitely staying here when we travel to Cincinnati again.

It's not something I didn't like, but there is no elevator, so if you need a 1st floor room, just mention that when you book.

Oh my, we came to town because of family sickness. The Kirkwood Inn was a wonderful place. Great people are so nice and caring. Our room was clean, smelled amazing, and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the fact that the beds had lots of pillows. Now to say about the breakfast, Wonderful great choice of hot and cold items fresh fruit and pastries. I know anytime I'm near there, I will stay again. We had a stressful trip but a wonderful night stay. Most hotels and motels need to go there to take a class for running a busses. Thank You for your heart felt Kindness. Patty Cunningham & Carla Klepack from Weirton West Virginia.

Location perfect for tennis. It was great to share the breakfast room with fellow fans. Breakfast lived up to hype. The staff was very friendly. Appreciated the attention to cleaning the room every day if asked. Not true at last few places I stayed.

It was difficult to find a place to plug in phone charger in room without it being all the way across the room or the plug was kind of loose or you had to unplug something else close to where you were.

Great location in relation to Kings Island and Valley Vineyards. Room was clean, comfortable, but most importantly...affordable. The breakfast, which was served in the farm house, was quite good and the setting was elegant. I enjoyed walking the grounds and rocking in the gazebo while taking in the wonderful scent of honeysuckle. The staff was friendly & welcoming. I would definitely stay here again if traveling to the area.

I liked walking the path but the branches often would hang low so a lot of ducking was required to navigate the path

The cleanliness of the facility. There was no noise between rooms and the outside of the facilities. Very quiet. The morning breakfast in the Kirdwood historical house was wonderful. It was an delicious open brunch and we got to talk with the guests. The Inn owner Sandy is a wonderful person to talk with and get some suggested ideas for good places to visit and know about the area. We will definately stay at this place again. A hidden gem of a place surrounded by a lot of corporate type of hotels in the area.

The location was ideal for us. The facility was nice. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. All staff were helpful and pleasant. The grounds were pretty, but it rained the entire time we were there so we were not able to enjoy them.

Disappointing breakfast. There were a lot of store bought sweets that were not great. Fruit was limited. Oatmeal was good. From prior reviews I expected more. Very loud AC unit that disrupted sleep. VERY small room. It had a mid grade motel vibe. Definitely not a b and b, or at least not by my standards or experiences.

I wanted a place with a swimming pool and a garden and it had just that and more !! The beds were good, the water and the tub was hot and the carpet was nice. I really enjoyed the hot bar breakfast in the old country house ! They had namebrand soaps/shampoo/lotion which was a plus. I had the best weekend ever ! I attended spirit song at kings island three days and I visited solid rock church just down the road !

The lighting in the room wasn’t very bright and the gardens need some tending .

The rooms are clean and comfortable; the set up is more like a motel with rooms very similar to Best Western brand. The location is near the town of Lebanon, a charming small town typical of middle America. We had a great dinner at the Golden Ram in Lebanon. The breakfast in the main home of the Inn was excellent with lots of choices; the kitchen and cook were right there. She asked me about the breakfast choices .

There is not much to do at the hotel location, but, again, Lebanon is right down the road.

I liked the location as it was close to the family event. I liked the room, it was clean and comfortable. I love the breakfast that is included- it is exceptional!

The room needs updating. I was here just under 2 years ago and it needed updating then and more so now. The floor rug is old and dark, the bathroom and sink area need to be replaced with lighter and brighter fixtures; it’s so dark to try to put on makeup/ do hair. There is a slight smell to the room.

This is a hidden gem. if I had not read reviews on it I would have not given it a second glance. It’s an older hotel and a couple abandon restaurants across the road. I’m typically a Hyatt or Hilton type person. This was a great place, location and quite place. I also felt safe and secure.

Had I driven by it first I would have kept on going. This is a small family owned business. The city not taking action on the 2 abandon buildings is beyond the owners control. they’re literally an eye sore. But don’t let this discourage you from staying here.
