The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. There were plenty of towels. It was close to Kings Island.

The sink and bathtub backed up and took a while to drain. That was the worst thing, which wasn’t terrible. There was only a breakfast bag and no continental breakfast because of Covid. That was disappointing but they at least gave us a breakfast bag with muffins, a banana, and a cereal bar. Another hotel we stayed in a few weeks ago only had coffee. Though the Covid restriction really isn’t the hotel’s fault.

I had another good stay at Microtel. This is my go-to place whenever I'm visiting King's Island. The location is perfect, the rates are great, the staff are helpful and the rooms (while being rather dated) are kept clean. Looking forward to returning next year!

I don't have any complaints (If I did, I wouldn't insist on staying here every visit since my first visit in 2017, lol). If I was being picky, I would recommend some renovations to the property for a more modern look. For example, if they were to add Speakman shower heads ('Neo' is the most economical model) in their washrooms it would be a low-cost way to improve the guest experience while being more eco-friendly.

When I arrived I could smell the clean linen! I love the smell of clean linen, it reminded me of home! The desk clerk was really friendly when I arrived and helped me locate my room. The location was conveniently near the theme park we were visiting and near the interstate exit.

Had a hard time finding a parking spot because of the RV’s taking multiple spots.

Really close to Kings Island park. Quiet area and good access to stores and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Room was rather small by comparison to others. Breakfast offered is a bit skimpy. Wish there was more of a hot option than coffee and bagels.

Fast, easy check in and out! The price was amazing! Rooms were spacious and the handicap walk in shower was perfect for my husband who has edema in his feet and legs. The hotel is located on a dead end street so taking a evening walk with my dog was nice. Waffle House is right across the street as well.

The only thing I was not okay with was an exposed tack strip between the two rooms we stayed in. I had to roll up towels and put them over the exposed tacks that were sticking up so my kids or dog didn't step on them and pierce their feet or paws. Otherwise the place was great!

Check in was very easy and fast. Sal was great. The hotel is so close to kings island and everything else you would need. The beds were so so comfortable. Would stay again!

The only things that I did not like were how dirty the carpeted floors were in our room. It looked as though a vacuum had not been ran in our room in awhile. We were in room 230 and right when we walked to the door in the hallway there was this horrible horrible smell. Not sure what it was. But, Thank God we couldn't smell it in the room. Breakfast is not provided because of covid, which is understandable.

The location was perfect! Stayed here to go to Kings Island and it was only about 5-10 minutes away! The value was awesome. Cheap and super clean! The staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable. Definitely enjoyed our stay here!

The breakfast could have been a little better. And there's no elevator in the building.

Rooms were very Clean , Very Comfortable , Staff were Friendly , Everything about the stay was great... Only issue i had there was i checked out & left some things went back for them , House Keeping kept my shoes... So like a week later checked back in Everything was Exceptional 4th of July weekend Friday July 2nd , Was charged Double for 1 night... but Staff did refund my cash I checked out ....

Very clean , Very Comfortable , , Price not bad for a Queen Studio Suite , , Very Good Value for the money...

Booked online at a great price. Fast check In, needed a lower level. The young man upgraded me to a king-suite at the same price. What a pleasurable surprise. I always stay here when I come to town, first time for upgrade. :) Love Wyndham properties and reward program. Parking lot was clean, with plenty of parking, lobby, hallway and room was very clean. Room was just great, sofa to rest on while drinking my coffee. Room had a refrigerator, microwave, sink, table and desk. King bed was very comfortable. Great Place To Stay and Night, Morning Staff Was Friendly and Helpful. I'LL BE BACK.....💯

No breakfast due to Covid. No big deal restaurants nearby.

Good value for what I paid. No frills.

Room was clean and well maintained facility overall was clean. My only complaint was that the bathtub floor was dirty. Suspect from ground in dirt that couldn’t be cleaned, but looked bad!
