We had a great time, staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The room was nice sized, beds were comfortable.
During Saturday evening- the busiest time at the waterpark many of the areas all closed at once. The basketball pool, wave pool, the big water slides, and the climbing pool. That was disappointing. Especially since that was the busiest time of our stay and so many people without any where to go. I understand the interuption was less than an hour but for the price we paid at the time of night there should have been no interuptions. Also it felt as though the water in the wave pool was cold as well as the water park room in general being cold while not in the water. Our shower was dirty with hair in it and the heater in our room did notnget warm enough especially after being so cold in the waterpark.

love the remodeling however I’ll miss the balconies. tv upgrades are amazing, we were able to connect game systems no problem. Room was clean and ready early.
wish they did upgrades more easily. No breakfast provided. You can use the park the day you leave however check out is 11am and the park doesn’t open until 1pm, that was pretty exploitable and disappointing.

Very good breakfast selection a little pricey
The guests on our floor were a baseball team of 12 year old boys out of control at night running in the hall yelling screaming knocking on doors and the front desk staff were unaccessible

The breakfast was ok....the location was good
The people were very noisy at 10pm and beyond I thought it was ridiculous and they did not consider other people

It is definitely a family resort, which is nice when you have two young kids-no fear of people being rude about a crying child. The water park is a nice size for young kids, not too overwhelming and a lot of things that they can do. The other activities such as the arcade were fun and perfect to keep the kids entertained all day!
Smoking was allowed right outside the doors, should really be moved somewhere away from where families, especially children are walking in and out.

the way it’s set up is very cool. the managed to create a mini indoor boardwalk. the staff was very nice and accommodating. In the morning they offered a kids yoga class. my kids did not participate because we were late but the kids involved had a blast. with the on-site room and all day passes for both sat and Sunday really made it all worth. the rooms were very clean with nice beds. it really was a perfect little weekend get away. oh and the waters warm! definite bonus for this freeze baby.
very cold inside. I was watching everyone, including myself, shivering all over the place. so once you get in the water, stay in the water.

the resort was so clean and the rooms were so comfortable and nice. So much for the kids to do and there were lots of lifeguards on duty which made us feel even safer.
we went bowling which is basically self explanatory but we didn't know there was a time limit between every turn so we lost out on 2 turns- we paid $30 to bowl 6 frames so that was very disappointing to the kids. When we were confused and asked the attendant she was rude and not helpful at all. That was disappointing but she was the only one in the whole facility that we found to be rude.

The kids had a GREAT time and the water park was so fun! They used the arcade, bowling and miniature golf. Everyone was courteous and friendly. This was our Christmas gift to our children and grandchildren and we are planning to return next year.
The pillows weren’t great, and there were no ice buckets. I requested one but it never came. As usual with every facility that has arcades, etc, it was pricey…. But that is not unusual for a facility like that.

We had the bunk bed room which the kids loved. We thought the changing area in the room was cute but needs a curtain. Breakfast was too expensive. So, I went out and bought milk and snacks. I bought coffee downstairs and a couple of doughnuts. The front desk was so very nice and helpful.
The hallways really need to be warmer, there were so many people complaining about that aspect. It would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room.

Location is excellent for those going to cedar point. Just about a 10 min drive, of which most is the drive down the causeway into the park. The breakfast was good. It was a buffet so you got a good selection of items. The cost was $16.99 per person, but if you have a season pass to cedar point, there is a discount. I believe it brought the cost to $12.99. Not bad considering it is at a hotel and the price does include drinks. They had juice, coffee, and soda.
The scrambled eggs need to be cooked a little longer. They were mushy. Other than that I can't think of anything I didn't really like.
