Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Very relaxing. Beds and showers are VERY nice.
We tried to spend some time, in the hot tub, after spending the day out. There were kids, in the pool, next to the hot tub running and jumping into the pool. Which sent water into the hot tub....we were splashed many times, manager walked through the area, but never said a word....was very disappointed. This was at 8:30 p.m. Just thought, since they close the pool at 11 p.m., the kids should have been in the rooms, or more respectful of the adults. As well as the management being more diligent regarding the rules, of no running or jumping into the pool....

Had to clean drawers before putting away clothes and feet stuck to bathrooms floor other then that it was okay
Check in lady wasn't very helpful didn't tell us that they had carts for luggage watched my husband make several trips up and down getting all of our things when we arrived never said anything. I have a broken foot it could have been real helpful to have a cart don't have any photos

The location is excellent, easy to find. The room and the bathroom were very clean. Bed was comfortable and we liked the extra pillows. We could not believe what a great breakfast we had! So many options and well maintained. The staff were all so very nice.
Occasionally there was the faint smell of cigarette smoke in the hall on our way to our room. But our room was in a non smoking area so there was no smell there and none in our room.

This location is right near the exit of the Interstate, which is convenient. I was surprised that there were railroad tracks behind the location, but at night, you couldn't hear if trains went by. My room was an ADA room, and every comfortable.
There was mold on the shower head. The tub had no transfer bench. There was no place near the tub to hang a towel within reach.

Staff in the morning, not very nice. I could tell by their looks at me that they were being very judgmental when I walked in for coffee and a yogurt. There were more hotel staff eating the free breakfast than guests. Also, there was mold on the painted wall above the shower, and the tub did not look clean.

My sister and I got to really enjoy this mini vacay. Met new friends and had a good relaxing time. Got to enjoy the hot tub while we were there this time. We went during the week Wednesday-Friday. Not crowded

Great location with a wonderful pool & hot tub super quiet at night and nobody bothers you at all and the rooms were great for the price our only complaint is the beds are kinda hard but we still slept pretty good
Great place awesome location however the beds are a little uncomfortable after a few days of sleeping on them and the cleaning staff needs to do a better job we found crumbs under the edge of both beds other then that the room was great this is the 2nd time we stayed here and will more then likely be back again

I loved the size of the room. The size was perfect for 3 adults. I absolutely loved that there was a pub that served food and drinks! We had the pool and hot tub all to ourselves and that was awesome! The breakfast selection was perfect. I loved making my own waffles!
The refrigerator in our room did not work. Put our drinks in and they never got cold!

Room was a little noisy being just inside side entrance. Bed pillows need to be replaced. Room should also have another comfortable chair. Breakfast bar was just OK.
