Comfort Suites Hotel and Conference Center

Location is idea, you can walk to many of the main street businesses. Breakfast bar is very good, the staff is very accommodating. Rooms are very spacious, my wife is on PD dialysis and the room size is great for that since it is primarily done through th night while sleeping. Equipment we brought fit comfortably in the room and had plenty of space for it

Would like to see French toast sticks added to breakfast bar. They are a hit with kids. Could use a couple more Handicapped Parking places at each end of building.

The Breakfast was great with a wide variety to choose from , eggs, sausage, waffles, fruits, cereals, yogurt, muffins,oatmeal and toast . Juices , milk and coffee. They also had like a mini store in lobby. Rooms were very spacious. Close to shopping where you could walk to everything on Main Street Berlin . The big Farmstead Restaurant was literally across parking lot . We will stay here again . Staff was very friendly. But as always all shopping closes at 5pm .

Nothing open on Sundays but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Kent the General Manger was very nice and resolved our booking problem the next morning. The Hotel was quiet and everyone was very nice and helpful.

We were traveling and did not arrive until around 11:00 pm. They did not have our reservation as we booked it. They were able to get us in a double queen for the night. It was kind of funny why they didn't have us with a reservation because the Hotel called us 2 weeks before our arrival and told us that there pool was gong to be under maintaince and wanted to know if that would affect our reservations and I told them it would not be a problem. The next morning we spoke with the General Manager Kent and he took care of the mix up and gave us the room that we reserved for the remainder of our stay. I do not know where the ball got dropped and we are ultimately happy with how Kent resolved the problem.

Breakfast was very good, would like a little more options for diabetics ? i only had eggs and plain oatmeal and a cup of yogurt that was low carb,...but all in all it was very good.....my husband really enjoyed the gravy.

only thing we did not like was no maid service for three days, if we wanted towels we had to go and get theme thought they would come in and make the bed and get dirty towels and give us clean ones,guess we were wrong......but again the stay was very good.

Perfect location to visit Berlin, can walk to town shops, Farmsted Restaurant across the street, Rooms very roomy, comfortable, and spotless. Check in easy, and all were courteous, polite, and reassured if you needed anything don't hesitate to call front desk at any time. Breakfast was excellent with many hot foods . Baked oatmeal was fabulous! A must go to hotel if you plan on visiting Berlin

The property was easy to find. The check in was easy and the front desk person was very nice and made me feel like she was glade we stayed with them. We were very pleased with our room and enjoyed the pool and the hot tub.

Would have liked to have wash clothes in the bathroom room we had a lot of towels and hand towels but no wash cloths.

The breakfast was great with a good verity to select from. The location was great. The hotel was really clean. The beds were comfortable and I really liked the updated shower and bathrooms. The staff was helpful and very pleasant.

There was nothing I didn’t like. The tornado sirens was a bit alarming but it past with in an hour and everything went back to normal. I know that didn’t have anything to due with the hotel, Berlin was only giving out a weather warning. 😀

very clean, the staff were very nice, the beds were so comfortable! great variety for breakfast-scrambled eggs, sausage and sausage gravy very good! loved the seating out front where you can just relax(also tables and chairs). We have stayed here before and will most definitely stay again!! Also in a great location.

Breakfast was very good, my daughter wished they would have had potatoes at breakfast, beds very comfortable, room very clean. Pool was nice and hot tub very nice ! The fitness room was great!

I booked room for 5 people, there was enough sleeping accommodations and that was good, but it would have been nice to have a couple extra bars of soap and more than one tiny bottle of shampoo and one conditioner and maybe a couple more towels.

Good location that is within steps of the downtown shops.

The pool and hot tub. I work on and maintain pools, hot tubs, and saunas in Ohio and Kentucky. Pool was not balanced nor the hot tub. Poor air quality. Eyes and throat burned after 10 minutes of being in the pool area.
