River Bend Casino & Hotel

I loved the friendly staff. The gentleman that checked us in treated us like family. We actually had a long conversation. It was so natural and real. The rooms were unbelievable. We couldn't run our air conditioner because the rooms were so comfortable without them. The air conditioners worked very well when we did use them for a short period of time. The exterior and interior was decorated better than some of the 5-star hotels I have stayed in. This is the absolute best value for your money you will ever find. The food at the restaurant was exceptional. The snack bar was great. All the food is fresh.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. It is awesome. I did visit the casino. The smoke was practically unbearable. I wish they could filter the smoke a little better.

This place exceeded my expectations. I have never been to a Casino hotel and wasn't sure what to think but every detail was very well appointed from the style to comfort of the bed. The pillows were super comfy and the shower was amazing. There was a gas station next door and it made it east to gas up before heading to my parents homestead in Colcord, OK. The restaurant in the Casino was amazing. A wonderful stay and would stay here again.

At 8am, it sounded like a public address system was conducting a fire drill or something in the hallway. Jarred me awake, actually frightened me a bit. It was the front desk communicating with the cleaning staff about room check outs, via a walky talky, I guess. Think a quieter option would be more considerate of their guests!

Our room was clean and very big. We had breakfast and supper at the casino and both were delicious and very reasonable.The staff was so friendly and Jeromy gave us great information on sights and direction to several different areas of interest.

We requested a handicap and our room was way down the hallway with only one entrance. It did not have a refrigerator or microwave like most rooms.

The room we stayed in exceeded my expectations, spacious and exceptionally clean, quality beds, pillows and linens. Check-in was easy and the staff were welcoming, they gave me helpful tips for finding my way around the property. Dining at the full service restaurant was enjoyable; meals were well prepared, delicious, reasonably priced and table service was friendly and attentive.

The casual breakfast served at the Deli was inconsistent with the quality standards that are in the rest of the property. After such an enjoyable evening and stay at the hotel, purchasing eggs and cold biscuits with gravy served on a paper plate with plastic utensils was a bit of a let down on the morning of our checkout. I would be happy to purchase for breakfast some fresh bakery takeaway items, fresh juices or smoothies that are good, coffee house quality.

Comfortable room, clean and smelled fresh!

Front desk clerk charging me $100 for incidentals first, then asking me to sign a paper that said I knew she'd did it. Usual and customary for hotel room incidentals in that area is $50. The room was only $75. $100 was exorbitant. And, I would have given her a different card had I known it was going to be that high.

We liked most everything , the morning staff that checked us out was good and very helpful.

They didn’t clean our rooms during our whole stay, I they said they split the rooms and charged us separately, but when we checked out they had charged my card for both rooms.

We went specifically for the casino. Everything is very clean and the people are friendly. Our room was as expected and very good.

Unfortunately, I'm allergic to smoke and, while there was not heavy smoke and the air is well circulated, it gave me a headache. It's my fault as I should have known that there would be smoke in the building.

Ample parking, huge rooms, a great restaurant with very reasonably priced food. Nice and quite with attentative staff. Value for money. Highly recommend

The shower was very nice, water pressure was a stand out compared to others at the same price point I've stayed at. Bed was comfortable too.

That it had no refrigerator was a bit odd.
