Breakfast - The make-yourself-fresh waffles with blueberries and strawberries were great. Cream cheese for toast was a nice addition. Just don't eat the hot food. The room was clean, beds were good. The check-in young woman (forgot her name) was amazing, friendly and on her break, we had a lovely chat. The staff was wonderful generally.

Breakfast eggs, sausages, and hashbrowns were processed food. Ah, it wasn't enjoyable. I choked on the hashbrowns, the eggs were wet and from liquid cooked in a microwave, and I don't eat meat. The coffee was to be missed. The sound of the fan in the bathroom was loud, but you didn't have to use it to use the facilities, just left the door open.

Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Nice pool & hot tub, although it was quite crowded nearly all the time. I appreciate the coffee & tea bar that is always available. What exceeded my expectations was when I left my dog show ribbons in the room, the housekeeper was so kind as to bring them to the front desk, desk clerk called me, and the manager sent them to me the next day with a sweet note congratulating me on my dog show wins. I will absolutely stay there each time I’m in Albany for a dog show!

How friendly all of the works were. Our room wasn't ready so we went out to eat with family and got back it was done they were so friendly and courteous and wanted to make sure that we were okay. And the Lady in the kitchen wow !! I loved her there was a problem with the waffle batter in the container and the whole front that comes out of it came off in my hands. I think it was my fault cuz I pulled instead of pushing the handle. She was so sweet She come in. She said don't worry about it. No worries and she took care of everything. I mean. I felt so bad about it that she was just so sweet. She was always courteous and I let her know I was very grateful that she was there. She's just as sweetest thing!!

There was nothing I didn't dislike!! It was clean, comfortable, friendly. And on top of everything. NO COMPLAINTS at all.

Sarah at the front desk was extremely helpful in helping me get a room booked that I accidentally booked on the wrong date thru a 3rd party app. Forever grateful that I was able to get a room that night. Thank you again!

Everything was great minus the noise from the cars late at night. Woke us up a few times but we didn't know the inn was on such a busy street. Not their fault but the excellent service far exceeds the outside traffic noise. Will definitely book again next time we're in that area

We loved our stay! Actually out of all the places we've stayed in along I5 from Seattle to San Francisco, this was our favorite place in terms of comfort and value and breakfast. There's finally a full service complimentary breakfast and it was tasty! A+! Overall we've definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone. We love WinCo right across the street. We paid $80/night and it was totally worth the experience. The public dining room for breakfast was SO beautifully renovated

What I didn't like was the small little toilet and small flat screen TV (30 in). The TV channels were the best! So much selection. Too bad the TV (picture) quality is not good at all.

we had a handicapped accessible room and the bathroom floor was slippery from the mist/heat/condensation after we took a shower. The one bath mat towel was not enough to wipe up the floor. Maybe providing more bath mats or rugs may help or longer shower curtain?

Hot tub was enjoyable, breakfast was decent with lots of choices. Desk clerk at check in was very sweet. Rooms were very clean.

Doors to room are loud through hallway when being shut. Doors are tough to push open and close. GM needs to smile when talking to guest with questions. Swim towels for pool are very small, but perfect for a small child. 2nd card stopped working to enter. Pool room smelt very weird like Sulphur. Wish they had a water container at front desk on hot days instead of just coffee and hot water .

Good location off I5, friendly staff, free breakfast in the morning. Room was totally functional and clean - great for a roadtrip or possibly a few nights. There's restaurants and grocery store nearby (walkable) and a nice park with a pond across the street. Downtown with more restaurants is about 10 minutes away.

Gym wasn't open due to covid restrictions. Pool is limited to one family at a time, which meant that we didn't get a chance to use it (but not end of the world).

Room and carpet was very clean. It was small but cozy and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was cheerful and helpful with information. We would have liked to be on the first floor but the elevator to the 3rd floor and the luggage cart was a great help. The price was good and we will stay again but ask for 1st floor in future. Covid eliminated the usual continental breakfast, which was a bummer but we cannot fault the hotel for that. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

It was all very clean. The Breakfast area was organized and they offered quite a bit to choose from. All was delicious

The bed we slept in was not quite comfortable. It felt a bit droopy at times while sleeping.
