There is no breakfast but the room is big and great but when i was check in only 4 towel inside 2 big towel and two small towel and I didn’t complain about it because I’m really tired and i was go to sleep and check out at 11:00 o’clock and i didnt know they charge me for $40 because of the towel but I didn’t take anything from the room and when I was call them they said they will talk to the manager about that and they will give me back my money but they don’t so I think they trying to still money from our card lol I’m not gonna sleep there anymore cause they still people card and money 😡😡😡😡😡

The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable and clean. Easy to find and close to the Freeway.

I didn't like the $150.00 additional Hold Fee! The Hold Fee was more than the one night stay. This is ridiculous and I will think twice before staying at this location again. I travel a lot for work. $50.00 is usually the going rate for this Fee.

Maybe it was bad timing for the breakfast bar.. I just felt like they probably could use another waffle maker. Because there was a bit of wait time for waffles. And not all of the appliances in my room were plugged in.. Not sure if it was a lack of outlets or something else. I did plug some of the lighting in so the room wouldn't be so dark.

Staff and service were very friendly and accommodating. Environment was quiet. Bed comfortable.

Understanding the property is an older property, it is a bit in need of some upgrading. It was obviously upgraded to a certain level but could stand for more upgrading and surrounding outside clean-up and appeal. For the price range, I have been accustomed to having a breakfast included. I understand COVID had changed the world, but seriously!

Upon entering the room, there wasn't any odor, it smelled clean. We stayed in a King size bed room, OMG the bed is so comfyyyyy!!! The room was spacious, the bathroom was huge compared to most of the local motels. There was a stand alone shower with a seat on either side of the shower. Glass door, no cheapie shower curtain that gets soaked. There's a hair dryer mounted on the wall in the bathroom. The toiletries were high quality. Redken shampoo!?!!?! As for amenities, there was a fridge, a coffee pot with everything EXCEPT coffee filters. 😐 Satellite television. The lamps came equipped with USB ports to charge various devices. Superb Security. Respectful yet direct questioning. I strongly recommend.

WHERE WERE THE COFFEE FILTERS? 😩 The cable provider they use has more ads and home shopping network channels than actual television programming.

Room was cozy and smelled nice. Loved the breakfast and conviently located vending machines. The bed was extremely comfortable and loved the neck rests they provided.

Was not aware of the $150 deposit despite paying with a credit card. Was not mentioned anywhere on booking.com if paying via card. Spotty wifi and cable. Fridge did not work in my room.

The room was clean and very quiet. The beds were so comfy. The breakfast in the am was amazing.

The only thing I didn't like was when we arrived at 930pm and checked in to our room, the entire floor of our room was wet. I assume someone steam cleaned, which makes me happy to know they were clean floors. I just couldn't walk barefoot or in socks.

The room was comfortable after a long day's driving, easy to use key locks (appreciated)

Very hard to find the parking lot in the dark, room is showing wear, the WIFI was virtually nonexistent, and the breakfast just isn't worth the effort, come on, toast and juice, no coffee...... set empty both times I went down.

Room was alright, nothing special but perfect for a short stay (this time just stayed 1 night). WiFi was working fine. Breakfast was basic, but OK, went to the breakfast room twice as the first time fruit was all taken, typical motel breakfast situation.

The shower head was just too low for a person 6' tall. The AC unit was loud, had to turn it off for sleeping.

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Shower had nice water pressure. Staff were nice and accommodating. I left my key card in my room and they gave me a new card promptly. TV had a lot of channel options.

No breakfast options. No microwave in the room and the fridge didn’t feel cold enough to put my drinks in it. Walls were a little thin. I could hear the neighbor’s TV and could hear people talking and slamming their doors all night. No bathtub, only a shower.
